      On February 28 I had an appointment with Mitchell heating because my furnace was struggling and was going back and forth on whether its was producing heat. The technician was nice but was having trouble figuring out the problem. Diagnostics took around 3 or more hours in which he kept firing up the furnace to try and locate the problem. During the continuous testing of the furnace the manifold stopped working and the furnace no longer would fire up at all. The technician let me know we needed to replace the manifold and to call in the next day. He also did not charge me for the diagnostics charge because he had not fixed the furnace. The next day I call and before they will help me with anything the employee attacks me about paying for diagnostics which should have been a red flag. Then they have the part and I get scheduled to replace the manifold along with the gas valve. In the process the technician breaks another part and cant finish without ordering this part now. He also let me know I would not be charged. They do not have the part so they order it and they order wrong. Its takes them almost three weeks to get the part and I called them several times in the process. Then the technician comes back and tries to fix things and tells me to call the next day if things arent right. That night the furnace was clearly not working and my house filled up with propane. I called left message and the next day they told me they would not do anything about it until I pay and hung up on me. I had to call the emergency number to my propane company because of how bad the leak was. A week later they called trying to collect money. I gave them another chance to come out and fix the second leak the propane couldnt fix and they set me up. They came out to put my signature on a falsified bill and put me on a no service list. ******* still broke with original problem and they are trying to cover everything up by making up services that were never completed have docs coming.

      This issue was brought to my attention on 04/02/2024 by one of your representatives. At that time I reviewed the customer's file along with the phone conversations. I found our Scheduler to be in the wrong with the way **** had handled the situation and the customer. I reached out to ***** to extend our sincerest apologies for her treatment and our poor performance. As a gesture of good faith, we replaced the old furnace free of charge. The events that transpired are not typical of how we treat our customers. All employees involved have been counseled as to the expectation required of Mitchell Heating's customer satisfaction. you may call my work cell to speak with me directly. ************
