    The manager of store number 1073 in Colorado springs packaged and embroidery machine owned by our business and shipped it. The package was completely destroyed. It has been many months now and she refuses to acknowledge the insurance policy that had been taken out on the product. She will not proceed with proper procedure and the contract of the insurance policy. We would like you to please intervene, contact the business and tell her to continue with the procedure in the contract at hand. This issue has caused our business over $10,000 and we need them to follow through with what was in the insurance contract so we can continue our business. Thank you

    This customer brought her package into our **********************, which was already pre-packaged, and we shipped it for her. I also let the customer know that *** typically does not issue claims for packages when the customer packages the item, only packages that are packaged by a training *** store member can typically be claims. Unfortunately the customer's package was damaged in transit. Our store assisted her with the claim and stated that our store packaged the item, knowing that this was not true, because we wanted to give this customer the best chance at getting a refund. After a lengthy review process, most likely due the size of the claim, *** accepted her claim and has already issued a claim check for this package, which was sent directly to the customer, based on the information that the customer provided to our **********************.

    The *** ***************** is responsible for issuing refunds and for accepting, or denying claims, our store has absolutely no control over this process.

    At this point, the customer's claim was successful, and we have already responded to the customer as well letting them know that the claim was successful. I do not understand why this customer is still sending complaints stating that we have not assisted her. That is completely false.

    I am rejecting this response because: the statement they made is FALSE. WHY WOULD I CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IF I HAD ALREADY BEEN REFUNDED???? let's think about this. REALLY. they DID PACKAGE THE PACKAGE AT THEIR STORE FOR US. so she lied there. And she lied when she said we got refunded. IF WE GOT REFUNDED THEN SHOW US PROOF PLEASE!! can u please ask them to show documented proof (bank statements that shows the refund going into our bank account) and I can show bank documents for the last 6 months of our business, TO PROVE SHE IS LYING if necessary. And it will show there has been NO FINANCIAL RESPONSE from them to solve the issue. They are lying and that's why I have contacted the BBB in the FIRST PLACE. I have proof and can send if necessary. PLEASE HELP.
