    Was upset with this *** location as employee did not follow my instructions on shipping package. I had indicated several times to keep contents at store location until I contacted this *** location for shipping. The employee acknowledged my instructions but went ahead and shipped out the parcel on that very same day. When called back on day to ship, employee told me they shipped the day I brought the parcel in. I could not believe this when I specifically indicated to the employee to hold parcel at location until I contacted them to send out. As a result, this parcel was left at my doorstep unattended for almost two weeks. This caused security issues because I was out of state and not at home to receive the parcel directly thereby alerting others that I was not home. Also, parcel contained irreplaceable items as well. Because of this blatant disregard of customer instruction, I will never use this *** location again. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from a *** service location.
