    I originally called Action Appliance, *** (**************************************** **) out to look at a noise my refrigerator water dispenser was making. On 10/4/23 the tech recommended a new water valve (paid $95 for initial call). On 10/13 we went with their recommendation and paid over $500 for the new valve - took tech less than 30 minutes to install. The noise came back the next day. Called them up and they sent a plumbing technician out who suggested we install a water flow regulator (apprx $1300) to our main line. We asked them to come out again and see what might be the issue as we had the pressure checked and it was fine. On 10/23 a tech came out and actually found out what the issue was. Our water filter needed replaced. I had one on hand and the problem noise has gone away. I called the company and spoke to a manager requesting some type of restitution for the money I spent. He said that they stand by what they did and would not budge. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
