    Hi,We received our PCS shipment on 10/16/2023 from ******. The movers came and unloaded everything from the truck and put them in the rooms we directed them too. However, the only assembly they did were our beds. Even with the beds, the screws were too loose, and if we hadn't checked before we sat on them, we could have been injured. The movers just left our bikes half fixed with no pedals assembled. We are currently emptying all our boxes and finding many other things that need to be assembled. We are truly frustrated and disappointed in the service we received. We did not request for us to do all the unpacking ourselves.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out as it helps our company to improve internally. The standard for unpacking and assembly from the moving company is just to unpack and assemble the beds only. We don't assemble bikes, etc. Also, in an effort to ensure that we meet all of our customers needs prior to leaving a residence, we have the attached forms filled out to ensure customer satisfaction. Please revert to page 3 with regard to assembly of your items. As for the beds, if they were not assembled properly, we are definitely willing to send someone out to redo them for you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    A representative of the company reached out to my spouse and stated the opposite. They stated the company was supposed to assemble everything that was taken apart from the move. This is NOT our first PCS move. We know this is NOT how things are done.
