      This establishment is not safe . Pass 2 years their have been at least 5 people who been shot, including the two guys who work at the front and one guy shot the other employee in his foot. People here are definitely under the influence you can't bring critical topics like sexual harassment or the facility having errors without getting fired. HR *** does not help the employees because I believe she is sleeping with one of the owners.And refuses to take action in making sure people safety's and the health of the employees health are not in jeopardy. Owners favorites those who are sleeping with them or if they are married to their son. I would definitely bring OSHA to this facility due to the lack of proper certified technicians that work on the ranges programs that are always malfunctioning. I would drug test the employees and have some kind of sexual mandatory course due to the Leaders from *********** harassing women employees and also the Manager from DCF *************************** not to bring RELIGION to employees which breaches in the harassment section of the ****** employees handbook. Also they a better HR who does not allow this behavior to continue happening, so the next person or women who works here won't get fired to bring such vile discussion into HR attentions. Without them getting fired and not paying which breaches in the harassment section of the manue! employees handbook. Without them getting fired and not paying people unemployment by writing false accusations to paper work so you can't be eligible for unemployment. Also then steal from the **** who pay monthly . They say you can cancel any time but you will be continuing to be charged for the membership up to 6 months , which is false advertising.
