  I rented a roll off dumpster from Earthwise. When the driver came to pick up the dumpster, he backed in over the sidewalk instead of using the driveway. Right next to the sidewalk is a drainage ditch maintained by the city of *************. The driver did not see the ditch and got stuck. He called another driver to help get him out but the other driver couldn't move the truck enough so a tow truck company was called. The tow truck company, without any permission from me, put their brake bar on the edge of my asphalt driveway and broke a 4' chunk. The stuck roll off dumpster driver left huge ruts all through my side yard. Multiple phone calls and text messages have left me with no repair of either issues. *******, the Earthwise manager, originally kept giving me excuses (skid steer not available, truck broke down, too sick to come to work, etc.) but now just ignores my requests for an update. It has been over 6 weeks. Good Guys at Earthwise? NOT AT ALL!

  The Good Guys At Earthwise Waste Solutions I called with the project I was doing, they told what size dumpster I needed which ended up being way to small. Had to order a bigger dumpster and they charged my account for the second dumpster (she said she gave me a discount of a big ***** for their mistake) plus without my permission before I knew what was going on. Then they charged my account for over weight which my guy doing the work said "That is ******** (which he knows dumpsters, I don't). So I will never use this company again, I should know to stay in my own community.

  Hi *******. I am the person that made all of the accommodations for you and helped get things in order to ensure your project was completed with as much integrity as possible. The problem was that you and your contractor both had different versions of what was needed and we advised you that you should use a heavy duty dumpster to avoid those overages you mentioned. Had you taken our experts advice, those would have been minimized. You mentioned to me, several times, that "he knew dumpsters and you didn't," but that proved to NOT be the case since he had you order a small dumpster with limited weight capabilities for a job that required a heavy duty dumpster (5 tons included instead of 2). Also, we record our calls and you had your contractor call in and he stated that you authorized him to act on your behalf. We definitely learned from this experience as well, but we did go an extra mile to try and accommodate your needs.   This team is consistent with their name. They value integrity, service, and above all "partnership." We will use them for all of our waste solutions needs in the future.
