    On June 30, 2022 we scheduled a tasting for our wedding that was going to be on August 13, 2022. At the tasting the owner/chef provided Chicken and steak for tacos, chicken *******, refried beans, Spanish rice, 2 salsas and corn tortillas. We expressed to the Chef that we wanted ***** added to the refried beans and selected the steak tacos and Chicken *******. He informed us that any leftovers on the night of the wedding would be packed up and sent home with us. On August 13, we went up to the buffet line and noticed that plain white rice was provided instead of the Spanish rice that was provided and selected at the tasting. Also, whole ***** beans with bacon were provided and not refried beans. The two salsas that were at the tasting also were not provided and guest ate dry tacos. We reached out to the owner and got no resolution as he argued about everything that was addressed. The food that was supposed to come with us at the end of the night, also did not happen! The food was discarded and never packaged up. We had issues with his bartenders charging our guest for liquor and pocketing the money instead of sending guest to buy tickets like what was discussed. He told us that we could use refrigeration as long as they were the food vendor. Then on the day of the wedding we were told to remove all of our chocolate desserts out of the fridge on hot August day! Needless to say most of those melted. He is being rude and non compliant in making this matter right! We are upset that we spent over $10,000 on this special night and simple things were not executed to our liking or to what was agreed on
