My AC went out on my F250 back in mid June, I called to schedule an appointment with keesee service, only to learn the next appointment was a month away. I waited that month after explaining that the compressor was bad. On July 3rd I dropped it off thinking it would only be a couple days, I called on July 8th to see if my truck was going to be ready! It wasn’t even remotely touched, I was told it would be started on the 15th! Sitting stagnant for two weeks before anything gets started! I said that I’m coming to get the truck since it was going to be sitting in their lot UNLOCKED for two weeks! Then in an act of retaliation they charged me $406 just for labor on a supposed diagnostic!

      Dear Mrs. *******,

We have reviewed our records regarding Mr. ******** vehicle. The repair order was written and
signed by the customer on July 3rd. The technician performed the necessary diagnostics to repair
Mr. ******** air conditioner on July 3rd as indicated by the quote provided with the repairs being
started on or about July 15th. The vehicle was picked up by the customer on July 8th. As indicated by
the repair order close date. Should Mr. ****** want his truck repaired, our diagnostic charge would
be considered part of the repair. Unfortunately, we would be unable to offer a refund at this time.

If Mr. ******** truck was unlocked on our lot, we sincerely apologize for that oversite.

If you have any questions, or need more information, please feel free to call or email me.

      Sincerely
      Jim W****

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I had to wait a month, just to get it in for a diagnosis that I can do at home! Then to get charged for really no actual work being done! They never provided the day that the work would start, saying 14 days later just to start the work! That in itself is pathetic! But that’s ok, I bought another truck from a competitor and you will never get my business or my friends and family business! If I were in charge of ford, I would shut you down on that principle alone! I can only hope that you go bankrupt and have to live on the street like a rat that you are!

      Regards,

      *** ******
