      Frontier Airlines is a scam. They have no customer service agents to speak too. I was traveling from *** to ********* and was on **** train when I found out they canceled my flight 7 hours before flying. Yes they canceled my flight the same exact day I was suppose to fly. Me and my family looking forward for this vacation. Frontier Airlines is the worse company. Please people I am just warning you don't buy flights thru them.

      Frontier Airlines is the absolute worst of them ALL!!! I flew out of ******** and was told my check bag was $79. Due to my luggage being over their limit, an additional $100 was added. I flew to ******** on ******** and had no issues with the weight of my luggage. I paid the fee and told the rep that I had a laptop backpack and a cross body purse. The rep said that was fine. My layover was in ******. As we were boarding, a lady started screaming on the mic about paying $100 for bags that don't fit inside their measuring tool. When I got to the front of the line, she told me my cross body purse had to fit inside of the backpack and I couldn't take anything out. Needless to say I had to pay another $100 and not 1 rep at the counter was able to explain why ******** said it was OK. This Airline claims low fares, but they are scamming people out of money. Their seats are extremely small and uncomfortable. You have to pay for snacks and soda/juice, and their reps are rude, loud, and very disrespectful to their paying customers. NEVER FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES!

      The flight was four hours late and I was asked if I wanted a refund after being at the airport for 6 hrs. ************ is trash. I am trying to find a way to take them to court for my money back. I am still at the airport while writing this complaint.

      On March 30, I booked two one-way tickets for myself and my wife (ref code QYP6WC). After realizing 2 roundtrip tix would have been cheaper, I went on FlyFrontier.com to see how much cancelling the original flight would be. The website stated $290.00 (I paid $390.00 altogether). I did not want to cancel the flight if I was still going to have to pay $290.00, so instead of pressing "confirm cancellation" at the bottom of the website, I pressed the "back" button. However, there was a glitch in Frontier's website and I received an email stating it was cancelled and I was still charged the $290.00. I attempted to speak to someone over the phone, but there's no phone number. The Whatsapp chat says "because I voluntarily cancelled, there's nothing they can do," but I never VOLUNTARILY cancelled the flight. I am being charged $290 for a flight that was cancelled involuntarily, and that I now can't even go on. It occurred due to a system error on Frontiers website. I would like a full refund. Additionally, the Whatsapp took 3 hours, and I spoke to 4 representatives and had to re-tell the same story 4 times over those 3 hours when they could have just scrolled up. Their customer service and website are terrible. Do not use.

      IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT FRONTIER I booked flights on Frontier Airlines from ***** to *********. I had confirmation numbers and had taken screen shots of the flights in order to send to our children. Our flights were switched to a later flight without discussion. We had to cancel the later flight which we had not booked and rebook the one we had originally booked. This happened to us on both flights, costing us ***** per person, per flight. The **** line is a joke!!!! Spent hours trying to get the flights we originally booked without rebooking penalties!! You are at the mercy of the **** LINE..The low fare is NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION!!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT FRONTIER!!!! THEIR INABILITY TO CONTACT AND CONNECT with IS NOTHING SHORT OF CRIMINAL!!! AND POSSIBLY A SCAM!!!

      I am very very very displeased with this airline, I wouldn't recommend anyone to travel with them. I took a flight to ** in Feb got my luggage in which the retractable handle was broken when I picked it up. I missed my return flight so I wasn't allowed to fly back home on standby like other airlines allow which infuriated me so I booked another flight with anther company, instead they told me if have to buy another ticket then once I got home & unpacked I realized my designer ****************** was stolen from my luggage. I filled out a claim which they told me I hadn't submitted the claim within 4 days of travel therefore they weren't gonna be responsible for anything and it was nothing they were gonna do about it. So basically their workers opened my luggage stole my belt and damaged my luggage but oh well they could care less. Im looking to inquire legal representation because this is just utterly poor handling and it's nothing they care to do about it.

      I purchased a flight ticket and Frontier rescheduled the flight time to a time that did not work for me. I was told I was ineligible for a refund and offered a credit instead. The credit voucher I was issued did not work, provided an error message. Frontier's response was to try again later and eventually it would work. Essentially Frontier charged me for a service never delivered. Not sure how these businesses get away with things like this. #LegalizedTheft

      I hate company no way to get in touch with any I WILL NEVER USE FRIONTIER EVER AGAIN.. Mt mother is in the hospital and my job won't give me the time off so I can't make my flight I have tried numerous times to get in contact with someone to get my money back and I don't get a response back I don't have time to wait for My $415 it's burning a hole in My pocket..their customer service is the absolute worst TRUSTME it is not worth the head ache go with a company that will answer phones they won't to help at all they contact back and the make it hard for price line to help as well the worst mistake ever

      I took a flight to ************ ******* with my family back in January. On our return flight, I was told that the plane was switched and the flight was over booked. The attendant informed us if we took a flight in the morning we would receive $300 per person voucher. I tried to get something in writing but they said just use your confirmation code with no problem. When attempting to use the voucher it did not go through. After multiple attempts to contact them and do a chat that is constantly disconnected, I was told that this was further investigated by *************************** and that he was informed we did not show up to the gate and there were open seats. This was certainly not the case, as we had to drag our bags to a available hotel over 30 minutes away. ****** offered a courtesy of $100. This was supposed to be $900, but of course there is no one to speak to in order to address this. I attempted another chat today with ************************* and was told that this case was closed. DO NOT FLY FRONTIER! Would leave less than 1 star if able

      Never book a flight with frontier airlines pay the extra money and go with a reputable carrier I booked a flight directly through frontiers website from ************ to ********** on march 28 **** Recieved confirmation flight f92311 leave Phils 01:34pm arrive ********** 3:30 pm when I arrived at the airport was informed that flight left a 6:00 am that morning no explanation me reason just told me I missed my flight showed my confirmation the said I must have booked through a third party absolute not! Rebooked for march30 lost two days of a rental. Never Recieved an apology nothing.
