      Bad Business Practices!! They cancelled our flights back in January heading to *********. There were eight *(8) of ** flying. The Cancellation was an internal issue. Again, there were 4--couples going. Oddly, only 1-of-the 4 couples received a refund. The rest of us were robbed of around $740.00. Regardless of the so-called 'chat' and multiple calls, the other six (6) of us haven't received any satisfaction. Seems almost impossible how they are still in business.

      I booked a flight on 3/13/2023 and downloaded the app as I was looking through it I somehow canceled flight which I didn't want to do. I contacted the airline through chat and they told me there was nothing they could do and I couldn't get any kind of refund. I don't recommend using this airline

      I flew with Frontier 3/26/2023 and they charged me $99 on my CC (that is apparently automatically stored on file) for my "personal item" even though that bag (for my 2 day trip) fit their standard sizing for a personal item. I have photos that anyone can reach out to me for.. including Frontier and/or BBB. I also paid $7.99 for priority boarding but because I was pulled aside to be told of my charge, he did not allow me to board with priority. This airline literally stole money for services not provided. I cannot believe how crooked this airline has become. I spoke to Frontier check-in department, I spoke to Frontier 2x via their WhatsApp and then also with the desk guy that charged me. I have screenshots, recordings, etc. and hope a lawyer reaches out to all of us who have been stolen from and brings this to court. I am sick to my stomach over this entire situation. I was not charged to my destination but somehow was charged on my flight back. Even the frontier employee I asked help from (later at my destination) told me "it is all a scam and I wouldn't even fly with Frontier and I'm an employee.." Spend the extra money on a different airline. You'll end up spending it anyway because Frontier will literally steal it from you.

      This is the most terrible customer service that I have EVER experienced. If you call in, you are on hold for hours. When you speak through the online chat, everyone is incompetent or unable to speak English. Literally everyone. Half the time, the response is in such broken English that I can't understand it. The other half of the time, they "transfer" you to a million different people and NO ONE can answer your question.Example: I asked them how to change my name on my account as I had gotten married since I created my account. 2 hours later I finally received a link in which I still had to figure out what to do once I clicked it myself. example 2: None of the flights were showing kids fly free on my account. However, a friend of mine was able to login and see this information on his account. I have yet to receive an explanation for why. They keep sending me the link for the kids fly free faq. I completely understand that frontier is a budget airline, thus they require you to pay for every little thing. What I can't understand is how they can't train people to answer BASIC questions about their own memberships and account information! It is infuriating and I understand why they have filed for bankruptcy. I am turned off from ever flying with them based purely on interactions with their incompetent staff.

      As we were running over to the gate they closed boarding. They let the person in front of us on. Door was open. 15 people still walking the stairs to enter the plane. 20 people got denied.Then got escorted out by sheriff to the main desk. Waited 30 minutes for someone to get to the gate who got ** o. A flight out of ******... for a $500 charge.Now our car is in ****** and our flight is to ******** They said to fly to ****** will cost another $1200.Absolute nightmare.***** at desk in ******* was rude, on a power trip and made her employer look terrible. We will never fly again ** of her.

      Worst experience ever. No way to speak to a representative. Needed to resolve a flight issue and couldn't speak to anyone. Email contact provided came back undeliverable. Will never use this airline and highly discourage anyone from using them.

      This airline is absolutely ridiculous. They are using military style check points to ensure your personal items fit under your seat. They are rude, unfriendly, and aggressive. Id rather pay more for quality service. The seats dont recline or have cushion.

      I have recently ordered my dad a ticket via frontier airlines, I paid for luggage and sent my dad a text of the ticket. That morning if his flight, they charged my dad another $40 for his baggage, I missed a few of his call so he paid for another baggage fee. I called and tried to get a refund on the baggage fee, frontier declined and said there is no refund policy on the luggage. Never again will I give frontier any more business.

      On January 10th My son traveled to Philadelfia where he is study, We bougth a ticket with luggage for him. When my son was on the airplane I received a charge for $99 from Frontier it said airplane tticket something like that on my credit card, So inmediately I asked my son Did you buy something at frontier? or they charged you for something,? and he said no, ******** did not talk to me. So I decide to rejected the transaction but was impossible to do that. So I try to comunicate with frontier, everyone knows it is impossible, any way by whatsapp they said they are charging me because the personal item was oversized. So I have some questions about it, they suppose to verified the size when they are in the gate they didn't do that, on the other hand, if they verified the sized at that time my son had been paying with his card no with my card because I have my card with me, so this i the proof I have they did not asking my son about the size of the personal item. On the other hand Can the airlines charge you with out authorization? they can't have this power, this is insane, So please some one has to stop them.

      I took a flight **** on the 2 of march w my family from ******** to *******.I arrived to ******* but my checked in bag did not arrive !I filled baggage claim form , confirmation # BB71GZ and was promised by agent that they ll bring it to my residence in *******. Then they called me and the soonest they ll bring is Sunday which is the day of my return. So they decided to keep it in Columbus and i shall pick it when i returned Sunday the 5th .I came back and had to wait for an hour at the Frontire desk and the manger came and took my information and promised he will locate and send it yo my home in Columbus within 24 hours .Nothing came and the manger will not answers my several calls . My bag contents are valued couple of thousand of dollars and i have never lost a bag in airline I need my bag or compensation for my loss , i can provide receipts for my contents.I do have all the paperwork the documents my story
