Do not book a flight through Frontier. I repeat do not ever book a flight through Frontier. They take your money and then change your flight time so that you miss your flight. They then will not give you a refund. There is no phone number to call and so you have to communicate through chat which is a joke in itself. One of the saddest parts is Expedia is associated with them. Frontier is a crooked company. I will tell everyone I can about this company so that nobody else gets scammed like I did.

I purchased Frontiers Go Wild pass for $499. Which starts 05/02/20230 and through 09/30/2023. I purchased this product on March 12th, 2023, 51 days before the pass was to begin. On march 22nd, 2023, I sat down to look over how I could use the pass. Looking over their flights, departure times, arrival times, blackout dates, etc. After doing so, I came to realize that it would not work for me. Only 10 days after purchase and a whole 41 days before the pass is even active. I went to cancel the pass only to be met with the cancelation policy for only 24 hours, with no way to speak to anyone. The only way to talk to a rep is through WhatsApp or ************* To top everything off, the pass runs on automatic renewal. Which of course has the same cancellation policy. There have to be some kind of regulations that protect consumers from this poor business conduct.

On Mar 23, 2023, I, a former Army Veteran and ******, boarded a plane out of ******, ****** with my family of 4 including my son of 6. I had the unfortunate interaction with the most unprofessional and rude flight attendant who finally had the audacity and the apparent authority to have Frontier security personnel remove me from the airplane by stating that I refused to follow instructions because I had my earbuds on while in an emergency exit seat. I was told that I would be reseated when Frontier personnel asked me to leave the airplane because I refused to follow instructions instead of getting reseated as I was told by flight attendant. This was the end result of a couple deciding to switch seats with my wife so that my 6yr old could seat with her. She aggressively approached me after watching my wife and kid switch seats, and asked me to remove my earbuds because I needed to listen to instructions when I replied that my earbuds were off and I can hear perfectly fine with them in my ears while answering all of her questions.I reached out to Frontier customer support who basically told me peronnel on ground can make that decision without verifying the validity of it. Now I have to wait 3hrs for another flight with connection in ******* and arriving in ******* at 12am. My family will have to book a hotel in ******* to wait on me. In addition, I somehow became the victim and was given preffered seating on my next flights but if I was failing to follow instructions and being disruptive, why did I receive preferred treatment after being taken off the airplane?? I was simply another victim of discrimination in front of everyone and Frontier signed off on it by stating there is nothing they can do.If I can save anyone, please be aware that discrimination does not have to be only by race. If someone feels power over you, they will treat you like you have no value and in 2023, people can still get away with it.

Never fly frontier. If you try to cancel even within 24 hours, they will essentially steal your money by charging you stupid high cancellation fees and then not even give you the refund but give you flight credits that expire in just 3 months. I think what they're doing is illegal and I filed a complaint with the ******************************* but I don't think much is going to come out of it. It's best to just not get your money stolen by frontier in the first place. Their justification for this was that my booking date was within 7 days of the departure date. But even then, if you cancel, they'll still keep $198 total of your cancelled flight according to the policies on their website. Again, just don't use this airline.

They DO NOT have a CS phone line to talk to a human! When you try to chat with them online you can't because they say to go through the chat bot...where is it?! There's NO button! They changed the times to our flight. We had the option to cancel and get a credit or continue with the changed times. We decided to cancel. BIG MISTAKE! Went to get tickets for a different date and it was going to be ANOTHER $600 on top of the $600 we already paid. NOT TO MENTION the "credit" EXPIRES JUNE 2023!! WTF!?! AND you can't use it for a family member instead. It has to be for the people in your original party. It's such a fricken nightmare. We ended up booking our flight through ****** instead and are just going to eat the $600 because we'll never get it back. I SO want to *** them. Even if it is just for $600 because their "airline" IS A SCAM!

I have flown three times with Frontier in 2023. It appears the company has devised a new strategy for providing "customer service" this year. They have hired a new batch of supervisors to monitor luggage size at check-in for all of the airports. The problem is these supervisors appear to all be inexperienced employees who have been given ************************* to flag any carry-on bags that look suspiciously close to being over-sized.I made it thru the first two flight checks with only moderate harassment, and without a charge, until being charged on the third flight for having a bag that was an inch or two UNDER Frontier's personal item restrictions. At the gate, I was told I couldn't repack the bag, throw an item away, or move an item to my wife's bag. There were a large number of passengers on all three of the flights that experienced similar unjustified harassment: a woman who was charged for having a bag with a broken zipper, another for wearing a shirt around her waist, a family that was trying to bring food containers on board, and another woman who had already paid for a carry-on that was protruding less than 1/4" outside of the carry-on box.If we have a choice within $100-$150 per ticket, I wouldn't suggest not choosing an airline that clearly values moderate levels of immoral profit to providing reasonable customer service.

I would give this company a -5. One star is too nice. First off Ive flown many times and this flight is a ripoff. I book everything with Priceline and once I had paid Priceline and had to pick my seats with frontier, thats when all the scams started. They dont have it in writing on there site but the charge you separately for a seat to fly up and fly back meaning you by your seat twice. I didnt know this until they charged my card and I paid extra to have an online rep help me pick my seat because my confirmation number would not work the first day I booked it with Priceline. I also requested round trip tickets and Priceline gave one two one way tickets which kept their cost low but screwed me over when it came time to pick seats. When I confronted frontier about this they was unwilling to provide me a copy of a policy that said you would be charged twice for seats. They also tried to point the finger at Priceline for the way they booked the flight as to why I had to pay for multiple seats. These companies work together and have contracts with one another to provide cheap trips. They are scamming people by not telling them what they are doing on there end to cut cost that make the customers pay out of pocket more after booking. There is a $25 fee if you dont check your bag in at a certain time that I did not know about in advance on top of paying additional fees far all bags besides a small purse. The stretch seats are a joke and a waste of money. My legs was killing me. 5-7 inches of more room forward dont matter on this flight. Seats are uncomfortable, hard, and jammed together to have 3 seats on each side of the plane. They do not refund on seats and they do not honor correcting any of the outside vendors services thats partnered with them to service the trips if its not pertaining to them getting more money from You. They lost my luggage and I didnt get it back until the day before I was due to leave.

Bought 2nd ticket for same traveler twice and Airline refused to refund $ for cancelation because I was 7 minutes over - it took me that long to figured out how to do it on-line because airline has no phone number to service customers who may not be computer savvy.

I didn't receive a confirmation email with my confirmation number in it so I can't look at my flight or expense my trip which I need to do because it is a business trip. I have been waiting with customer service chat for 30 minutes, still no help. This is seeming like a scam business at this point. Money already taken from my bank account, and no confirmation number or email receipt. I am furious.
