      My flight was changed. The revised flight information was several hours different than my original flight. I called Frontier customer service but found out they switched to TEXT only customer service. I text them. Over 2 hours later I had not resolved the issue and had been disconnected many times. Each time I was disconnected I had to start all over again. Each representative took a very long time to respond and has very poor communication and level of service. It was a very frustrating and counterproductive experience.My flight issue is still not worked out, but I refuse to spend more hours of my life dealing with frontiers customer service chaos.I have been a ******** member for over 10 years and am sad to say Frontier is going down hill, big time.

      This airline is an Absolute JOKE. They rescheduled my flight without even letting me know. Also now that they have got rid of their customer service phone number you have to "talk" to a rep in a chat. Which seems to take way longer then someone just answering a call.I WILL NEVER fly this airline again.

      We had a trip planned for 12 of us to go on vacation. Unfortunately 4 people had to back out. While attempting to cancel the reservation (people were booked at different times), one of the guests was on a reservation with 3 other people, who are still going. I was unable to cancel just the one guest reservation on their website so I called the phone number that was listed. I was informed that the reservation couldn't be cancelled without the reservation being "split" which means the entire reservation cancelled and the other three guests rebook at the current flight price. The original flight was $158 and they wanted me to pay $300 additional to cancel his reservation. When asked how this remotely seems right I was informed that this is policy and how they handle these situations. I have flown frontier many years knowing that they were shady in some areas but now making all sales final, this is is horrible business.

      Our flight with Frontier was scheduled for 10:02pm on 3/14. We arrived at the airport with more than enough time, and dropped our bag with the Frontier agent, where we were not given any further information. We went to gates ***** which is where Frontier gates typically are, because the gate number was not posted on the departures board, the boarding pass, or the app. When boarding time started and we still had not been given a gate number, we asked a Frontier agent where we needed to be. We were told gate 82, in a different terminal. Since we didnt know where this was, we asked an airport employee where we needed to go. We were instructed that the airport website was showing Terminal A, gate 82 which does not exist. By the time we were going to Terminal B, gate 82 just to check, the flight was (supposed) to be departing. At this point we found and talked to another employee, and we were instructed to exit security and go to the Frontier ticket counter for help. When we arrived at the ticket counter, there was 1 supervisor and about 3 other employees. We waited almost 2 hours to speak with someone. When we finally did, she told us that we could rebook for another flight in 24 HOURS FOR $100! When we realized this was not an option, as we needed to get home, we asked for a refund for our flight, since we would be needing to purchase a new one. We were told they do not offer refunds and theres nothing they can do, to contact customer service. The real kicker? ****************** does not have a customer service number! At this point we were exhausted and when we tried to get more information, including the agents name, she refused to give it. We ended up having to pay $150 to stay in a hotel for the night, $50 in ubers, and $400 for the new flight. Never again will I fly with this airline and I suggest NOBODY does! As you can see through these complaints, its not worth it!!

      They have no customer service and when they do s**** up they say sorry nothing I can do about it. We had a flight that was canceled three weeks before we were supposed to leave. They never informed us only about our flight home. We had tickets to an event and reservations. They said it wasnt their concern. Please never use this airline not worth price difference.

      I purchased tickets through Expedia to travel to and from *******, ** and both of my flights were canceled by the airline. Even though I bought insurance to protect against issues with my travel dates my flight was canceled and not by me (though they later claimed I did). The airline canceled my tickets and now I am being refused a refund. If an airline cancels my entire round trip ticket without my knowledge and I am not flying on those dates on that airline I should be refunded the full amount. I have spent far too much time dealing with this between Expedia, Frontier and **** A kind person at Expedia did all they could to try and resolve this issue for me but the airline refused to refund stating I had canceled it myself. If I had canceled these tickets as they claim I would have at least received a partial refund. If I could give this airline -5 stars I absolutely would. This airline lacks care, ethics, and responsibility on all levels.

      Let me start off by saying I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE FLYING. From the moment I arrive to the airport its been a disaster. There was a long line at the check in station and NO EMPLOYEES BEHIND THE COUNTER. Then once there is and I get to the front , ** told by the employee that it would be cheaper for me to pay for my baggage online(which is the only thing I appreciated) so he tells me how to do it and that once I do to get BACK IN LINE. The line is now longer. I am traveling BY MYSELF with a 3 yr old and 5 bags. I checked in 4 and paid $361 WHICH IS RIDICULOUS, but thanks for the free carry on which should be free anyway. The entire staff has been rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Every single person I came in contact with. No complimentary drinks or anything just AWFUL. Especially after I spent almost $800 for the flight and bags. When I come to board the plane they then tell me I have to go to the counter to switch seats because they had me and my child in an emergency exit. Total inconvenience and unacceptable. I will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS AND IM CONTACTING THE BBB. No wonder you all have 1.7 stars TRASH

      I have flown a few times and never had too many issues. I have heard others complain and now I know why. We arrived early and yet our baggage got left behind. They said it would be the next day before I got it delivered. They told me to buy essentials and provide receipts for reimbursement. It was cold and all our warm clothes were in the suitcase. We had to postpone our road trip and drive back to airport. I was informed we would get a voucher for a free flight. I got $25. I was also told to bring my receipts and get reimbursed for essentials I purchased. When I came back it was a different employee who did I had to submit receipts online. I received an email that I would hear from someone in 24 hours. It is 3 days later. I used chat which was not helpful. I then used FB messenger and was asked a bunch of questions 12 hours later. I responded back with information and then they quit responding!

      I was at my flight on time and checked in ready to go, they did not give me a seat number, they downsized my aircraft and bumped me off my flight. I was promised a refund and I will be getting my refund I was promised, Ive been through hours of trying to get ahold of someones to get what I was promised and for someone to make good on this. My next actions will be contacting the department of justice, the better business

      They are not professional and do not honor their refund policy if you cancel your flight within 24 hours. They are refusing to give me a refund for a trip that I had to cancel.
