      Frontier has changed many flights. This caused many issues with traveling and losing money on hotels and rental vehicles. There is not a direct number to call and discuss these concerns. I have been told I would get a refund of 740 dollars and was refunded half. They told me to contact a 3rd party if I would like the rest of the refund but no where in the email about the refund is that explained or stated. I contacted Expedia because they said I needed to and Expedia said to contact Frontier that they cant refund it has to be Frontier. I would give this business a 0/5 for customer service and for their commitments.

      I wouldnt even give them one star. I made a mistake and cancelled my 7 round trip flights for my family. I thought I was able to get a refund and I misread. I take responsibility for misreading. I tried contacting them the very next day. There is no live customer service to speak to. Its all through email and chat. After over a month I was able to chat because their chat doesnt work. I was told there is nothing they can do and I lost over *******. Terrible customer service. I will never fly with them again. I even explained through chat and then through ******** that I wasnt even looking for a refund as I know I made the mistake but at least a credit to use towards future travel. So Im out over ******* and they get to keep my money. Do not fly with Frontier.

      The help at the airport was atrocious. The computer for us to check in was not working. We asked multiple times for help and we were told we needed to see an assistant. We stood in line, were first there with a ******** woman whos been waiting since 5 am and they wouldnt let her through. They moved us 5 times into a different line. We were finally called up four hours later (not exaggerating); we were then told because we couldnt provide picture proof to the person working wed need to pay $80 per person for their help. I stood there while my friend ran back to the kiosk for picture proof we needed to see an assistant for help. This was literally the worst experience Ive ever had while traveling. I will never fly with frontier airlines again. Your own staff want to jump ship.

      WE NEED ANSWERS!!! Frontier Airlines purposely left over 50 suitcases in ********** for a flight going to *******. (By the looks of all of us filling out paperwork, they lied about the amount they left as only about 30 bags actually made it to ******* from the entire flight). This was yesterday, March 11, ********** to *******. We live 3.5 hours from ******* but were told that the luggage left behind for "weight distribution of plane" would be in ******* by 8am today and we would get a call. It is now 530pm and still no call. The texting chat gives zero answers, they say they have no idea. We went to our local airport in ********* to talk to someone since frontier doesn't offer any customer service phone numbers and were told by the manager there that they can't even call someone for support, nor do they offer any sort of tracking on luggage. WHERE IS ALL THE MISSING LUGGAGE?!?! 3 out of 4 of our checked luggage didn't arrive. This contains all of our clothes, toiletries, MEDICINES/PERSCRIPTIONS, momentos/souvenirs and so much more. It is completely unacceptable that there is no communication whatsoever. Oh, btw.. first we were told it was a weight issue. My question for that is we all pay a good amount of money for our bags ahead of time, up to 40 pounds for each bag. So, how could they not have had that figured out and if the plane can't hold luggage and passengers, then they shouldn't be selling tickets and luggage prices! There were less than half (probably closer to a quarter) of bags that actually made it onto the plane. This was purposeful, not a mistake. They were sure to tell us all once we landed in ******* that they left everyone's luggage behind, captain informed us once we touched down in *******. I have filed complaints with usagov and will continue to file complaints and post about this on all social media.

      Absolute worse experience ever. I was charged $1400 for flights to ********* from ***************** for my daughters 18th birthday. I never received an email indicating that the new policy was to check in on your phone only and not at the kiosk or desk. I was charged an additional $100 for the representatives talking to me and assisting with the matter. I got to ********* and found that my bag was shipped to ******* ******* and not *********. I requested a refund for the full day inconvenience on a chat box because there is no customer service line which was denied. I had to pay for a Lyft to *********** and back to my hotel because they said it would take 4 hours to deliver my bag I opened my bag in which my apple charger was broken from them tossing the bags around. I then to return home to ********* another $50 fee for an overweight bag which applied to the flight leaving ********* instead of *********. Which cause me to stay in ********* an additional day causing additional Lyft fees and hotel and food expenses. If I could give frontier airlines no stars I would. Dont fly with them ever. Customer Service down the line absolutely horrible

      I had a flight booked with frontier, I spoke with a customer service representative and was told I could extend my voucher for my upcoming trip. When I tried to book using the confirmation code, I was told that it had expired and would not be given credit. Worst customer service ever. I never was able to speak with a live agent only through email. I will never fly through them again. They take your money and offer to give you credit just to be told you cant.

      1 Star wouldn't even cover the amount of money and stress this disgusting unprofessional company has caused us. SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE! and go to Delta. Where do i start. our flight was a 2:30pm and our flight got delayed due to them having plane issues and need to find a pilot and crew according to the counter representatives until 10:30pm they refuse to give us our luggage that we checked in so we can leave the airport. We also chatted with online support copied and pasted their online policy that sates they will give a full refund after 3 hours and a meal and both chat and counter reps refused to accommodate both of us. LITERALLY SAVE YOUR MONEY SAVE YOUR DIGNITY AND FLY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

      My wife and I flew Frontier for the last time. We were traveling from ********* to ******* on a direct flight. When I had made the reservations, I paid $53 dollars for each of our suitcases ($106) and upgrades my seats at $35 dollars per seat ($70) for what I thought was additional legroom. When we checked in the attendant informed me that I would have to pay $25 dollars ($50) per suitcase to print a luggage tag. How absurd since he had to weigh my luggage to put on the conveyor belt. He told me that I could print my own at the Kiosk and the return to the back of the line. As I looked at the Kiosk, most of them had no paper which I informed him of. The other Frontier counter worker told me to walk around the Kiosk and find one with paper. Very rudely!When we boarded the plane, I sat in my purchased seat that offered NO additional legroom. We sat for 45 minutes prior to being de-iced, and with headwinds the flight took well over four hours. So, I paid $206 dollars in additional fees to sit on an old wooden church Pue that had no extra legroom, no headrest and did not recline.When I contacted Frontier, I was told that they would give me a voucher to take $50 dollars off my next flight LOL. The customer service representative couldn't even get my name right. Please avoid this low-cost airline as you get what you pay for. Low cost equals poor service and many hidden fees.

      To begin with this airline is s*** Weve been at the airport since 4am cause we were told to arrive 4 hours before our flight to make sure their were no issues.. We bought our tickets NON-STOP which should have taken us from one airport to the other with no issues but weve been delayed from our original departure time which was 12:51pm from *** to *** and to depart from here by 3:30pm to make it to *** by 6pm now we are stuck until 1am in the morning to depart from *** with only a $15 voucher to eat with for the 8hrs we have to be stuck here which is quite ridiculous.. We want a FULL refund because it is not right to pay what we have paid to be stuck with all these delays that arent our fault!

      This is the absolute worst airline ever. We had an emergency landing due to Maintenance Negligence and many of us got carbon monoxide poisoning. They gave us a 200 dollar voucher but after that experience, who was thinking about flying. After 7 months, I decided to try and use the voucher and was told NO, it was only good for 6 months. In addition, they hid somehow from the attorneys. I found that odd so I reached out myself and was hung up on several times. I was finally able to reach someone by email and was told that I was already compensated with the 200 voucher and basically it was my fault that I didn't use it within 6 months. I explained that I was in the ** and sick due to the carbon monoxide poisoning and they said "Unfortunately, there is nothing more we will do for you" They could've killed us and NOBODY at Frontier Airlines cares. This happened December 2021 and we have been fighting them up until a few days ago. I will upload the emails on the next review. Horrible Company
