      They charger my 18 daughter in law right at the point of boarding the plane, 100 dollars for her personal item. I purchased this 3 years ago just for flying. It meets the required size, I have flown with it for 3 years on other airlines. Yet when she boarded it was too big.Wow! Did they their measuring system? She did not have the money. I had to send money to Apple pay. It perfectly fit under the seat. The woman at the gate said if it didn't have wheels it would be ok. I guess she's gong to have rip the wheels off to come home.

      The airline has no consistency when it comes to baggage policies, they also fail to mention with transparency that they will hike up the prices three fold if you have to check the bag at the gate, and they don't mention that the bag should just fall into their baggage size check template, which is up to 1/4" smaller inside each direction. They say you bag must fit in the template, which as everyone knows a bag (fabric, soft material) buckles and will never fall into a square box if you drop it in. You **** to wiggle the bag around a little. But frontier continently fails to believe in science where they can make an extra dime. Absolutely terrible business practices. Stay away from them.

      Terrible customer service. Lost my baggage then told me I lied about trying to retrieve it so they sent it to *******. Yes, a young lady at the front desk of Frontier called me a liar at ***************. The truth is I went to the airpot on the day and at the time we agreed to meet and no one was around. And they stopped answering the phone number. they gave me. Never giving them another dollar.

      I cancelled a flight and got a email for refund credit but when I try to use the refund credit it wouldnt work so after 2 weeks and finally got someone online customs service he was willing to book the new flight and use my refund credit but the fee was double than if I booked online myself so my refund credit will be no use if customer service booked the flight for me. Bad service snd bad refund policy. Do not fly Frontier Air.

      We departed on 2/18/23 ***** to ***************. We stopped in ******* only to be told that we have to get our own luggage and check it back in again. We had 1 hr and **** minutes to do this. We got to the kiosk and it wouldn't work so a representative came out to help and she couldn't get it to work. She took us up front to check in our bags and pay another baggage fee. It was a couple minutes too late. Nobody would help us and she said that it was our fault that we missed our flight. Another $1000 dollars to book a flight on United. Coming back from *************** we checked in our bags and paid fees again. Fees always changed from place to place. We specifically asked twice if we had to transfer our luggage in ******* and was told us no that they would be at our destination. Frontier was taking us to **********. No luggage. It stayed in *******. The guy had the audacity to say to us we can't go get our bags now because we would miss our flight and then charged us $99 for a small carry on. At this point our luggage is still in ******* and we are now in *********. Frontier would not transfer our baggage to ********* where we had a 3 hour layover. We were then told that when they FIND it they'll send it to ********* where we will have to go get it. We live in *****. We talked to a supervisor, ****, with ****** airlines in ********* and he said they should send our luggage to ***** and gave us information on how to pursue getting our luggage back. We got a hold of the baggage manager in ********* and she said she had two of our bags but not the 3rd and again we would have to go to ********* to get it. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she didn't report to anyone. I asked who did her reviews and raises she said she did. I said "bull...." and she hung up. As of today we still have not received our luggage.

      Frontier ranks at the top of the list of THE worst airline in *******. Our flight was diverted from ******* to ********* because of the weather. When we landed we sat for an eternity with no information, update or plan.We were shuffled off the plane onto the concourse and told we would get updates. No updates over the **, all word of mouth from passengers who pressed for answers.Finally told to come back the next day for delayed flight. No hotel accommodations, no transportation accommodations, just told we had to leave the concourse. The elderly were left scared and confused at the airport. NO staff checked on them, only passengers. No website updates, no mobile phone updates, no email updates. The whole plane just had to wing it and make due. The absolute WORST airline I have ever experienced. Never again. Its horrible how the staff treated the people who were stranded, confused and afraid.

      At ***************...very hot at gate D1 plane delayed an hour and the frontier atendant is Just cold and rude with an airbud in one ear on a personal call and just stopped talking to me after not being able to give me a straight answer.

      My family and I had reserved tickets, through Priceline. Our departure time was 10:13 p.m. we arrived and plenty of time for check-in at the airport. Much to our surprise when we got to the ticket counter for check in we were told by the ticket agent that there were NO TICKETS RESERVED for us in their system! After spending HOURS with the ticket agents and manager, trying to figure out how that was possible considering WE had PAID nearly $1000 for them already we were told that we could only do one thing and that's file for a REFUND from Priceline who clearly MADE an ERROR and reschedule our flights. we contacted Priceline to be told they show FRONTIER CANCELLED the FLIGHT. To contact them for REFUND of ticket price. When doing so we discovered there is NO phone number to CONTACT the ************** ONLY an ONLINE CHAT portal. So after speaking with the agent we FILED a FORMAL REFUND REPORT and were told to wait 7 days for determination. We WAITED and when NO RESPONSE was given after 9 days we contacted the chat portal again. Which is when I was told that a REFUND had been DENIED due to their POLICY! What in the world their policy is on this current situation is beyond me! We did NOT CANCEL our flight we WERE at the airport to get on the flight but there were NO TICKETS for us how is their policy put into place that DENIES a REFUND on SOMEBODY'S MONEY for SOMETHING that they DID NOT RECEIVE. The agent says that it shows that it was cancelled by Priceline. Then said it was cancelled by an online source. There is NOTHING they can do. I asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR for them to say the SAME THING NOTHING they can do. Now I'm upset because we didn't cancel we were there THEY DIDN'T have OUR TICKETS that's NOT at FAULT of US. Finally the CUSTOMER RELATIONS tells me that WE CANCELED it from our email and it was VOLUNTARILY CANCELED so we had NO VALUE left to refund. MULTIPLE REASONS ALL UNTRUE!!! WE DIDN'T CANCEL IT'S A RIPOFF Don't use this airline it is a SCAM ROBBED

      Frontier airlines does not care about their customers once they get your money you are a nobody to them very unfriendly employees and if you try to file a complaint with them they do not get back to you you cannot talk to nobody from the company they want you to email but will not respond.. I have never had a frontier employee thanked me for doing business with them.

      Frontier is the absolute worst!I paid to check my instrument as a "bike" because it was larger than a checked bag and was the only option that I saw other than a regular sized checked bag when I purchased my ticket online.This worked perfect for 2 out of 4 of my flights that i had the instrument with me - (I had 6 flights with frontier altogether in 10 days..)On my 3rd flight:After being told to go to a wrong line 3 different times (and spending ***** min in each line), they told me that my instrument (that I already paid extra for) was going to be considered "oversize" and there was going to be an additional $89 oversized bag fee (because a "bike" isnt already oversized?). My instrument is smaller than a bike. There is absolutely no need to charge an additional oversize fee Now I have paid for 1 checked bag, 1 "bike", and an additional oversized bag fee (for the bike/instrument).For reference, the case that holds the instrument is 60" long. A bike (on average) is 69" long. So,I get in touch with customer service on chat - since they no longer take phone calls (I wonder why) and the agent was disguistingly and sarcastically rude finishing sentences with "...................." and leading me on once I ask them to escalate the chat to a supervisor and instead of transferring me, they leave me on "hold" or on a blank screen pretending like a supervisor will come at some point but never actually gets one. Ultimately the agent brushed my claim off by stating that what I was telling them was hearsay and that they "wish they could have been there to see it but since there is no way to back up my claim, there was nothing they could do". NEVER FLY WITH FRONTIER
