      Dear Frontier Airlines Customer Service,I am extremely frustrated with the severe mishandling of Flight F9 90 on December 25, 2024. My family of five had a scheduled departure at 12:30 PM, with boarding completed by 12:00 PM. Due to unclear maintenance issues, we were stuck on the aircraft for two hours before being asked to deplane. We then received incremental delay notifications, only for the flight to be canceled at 3:56 PM.We were offer to cancel or confirm rescheduled flight. We opted to stay with the group to confirm our rescheduled flight, because there was so much uncertainty of the exit process. The exit process turned out to be unnecessarily long and disorganized. It took nearly four hours to complete due to the following enforced procedures:* Forming a single line for immigration, which took over an hour.* Forming a single line for baggage pickup, despite some passengers not having -checked baggage. This process took three hours.* Forming a single line through customs.* Forming a single line for the shuttle to the hotel.Frontier staff displayed poor coordination, misinformation, and a lack of empathy:* No access to water, despite requests for children and elderly passengers.* False claims about hotel arrangements, which were not actually assigned.* Contradictory rules about whether or not we can book our own hotels.* The so-called Protection Program only caused further delays and confusion.After all this, Frontier compensated each passenger with a mere $100 voucher, valid for only 90 days. This is completely unacceptable. Who would want to fly with Frontier after such an ordeal? We demand a full refund for this disastrous experience.Please respond with an explanation and appropriate compensation.

      Their app wouldn't let me check in and when asked for assistance I kept being redirected to the app that wasn't working after my brother and I tried the desktop site and app on different phones we asked to be checked in they said they had to charge us ************************************** even though their app wasn't working. You pay for ANY baggage that is anything bigger than a purse and they still make you carry on with you instead of checking them under the plane. Worst customer service. None of the staff was helpful on the plane. Will absolutely never fly on this airline again. I'd pay for Delta over and over before I book with them ever.

      Thus airline is a joke. We waited 3 hours to check in for a flight in ******. We were sold a ticket to ******************** connecting in *******. We purchased a pet ticket for our dog to fly in the cabin. We'll when we went to board our connecting flight they told us they don't allow dogs even though it's paid for and on my boarding pass. Now we are stuck in ******* looking for another airline. They refused a refund because it's posted on their website. We have lost a day of our vacation and they could care less. Manager was rude and customer service useless. This airline is really bad.

      This airlines should be shut down, it's highway robbery the ******* TSA will take so long that you will miss your flight and instead of frontier just putting you on the next available flight they will tell you to buy another flight online.

      This airline lies in their upgrade descriptions to steal customers money. I purchased a ********************** flight and got a pop up stating my flight was non refundable. Due to my busy work/school schedule, I changed to a flex fare which promised One free change: if you need to make a change, visit Manage My Booking on the *************************** website or app and make an itinerary change, FREE, up to 24-hours before your first departure! Itinerary changes included cancellation. It did not state at any point that this fare was a non refundable costI would not have purchased this because the cost of the flex was more than the cost of both non-refundable tickets combined. My partner recently broke their leg and I am unable to take the trip. When I went to cancel, I learned that the description of the flex fare presented to me at purchase was fraudulent and misleadingthe entire $135 I paid to upgrade my ticket is non-refundable, meaning Im only refunded the $115 of saver fare and not the $135 upgrade. This feels like I was mislead to steal my moneymaking my flight flexible cost me more than not showing up to a saver flight would.

      The price for baggage is ridiculous I purchased check bag got to the airport to be told I purchased a carry on. The price was the same 74 dollars and bc I just knew I had paid for a check I brought a big bag and was charged again which is horrible. I spent more on baggage then my international flight

      Frontier Airlines sent our checked bags for free from ********* ** to ****** ** on the military Retired/Veteran ID. When we requested the military checked baggage in ****** a few minutes ago, they cited the policy was only for active duty. At least be consistent and Frontier does not support US Military Veterans/Retirees. I will never fly Frontier again because the policy is one thing but the attitude if the guy in ****** had of at least been compassionate, we would have been less irate-that wasnt possible. He also dropped our totes and also shipped them a different route instead of the normal past the check in. Not sure we will see them again and we are still waiting to board our flight. Do not fly Frontier. Most airlines honor all military service by giving this favor. Frontier does not honor all those who have fought for their freedom to operate in a capitalist country.

      Horrible experience. Not only could I not talk to anyone on the phone because my flight wasn't departing in the next 24 hours but the "customer **** put me on the earliest flight instead of the latest like requested. Now the airlines is giving me a hard time about it when their employee messed up. I will never fly frontier again. They need to be permanently shut down.

      After reading reviews and flying once, round trip, I can confirm that they're consistent. I'll give them that. It seems they rarely deliver on what is promised. Look up videos of their CEO and what he thinks of you, the *********** story isn't exciting, just really similar to most of the reviews you'll find everywhere online. You're gambling on a lot flying with Frontier. If you actually need to be anywhere for anything important, you're going to have a really bad time.
