      Horrible experience. Not only could I not talk to anyone on the phone because my flight wasn't departing in the next 24 hours but the "customer **** put me on the earliest flight instead of the latest like requested. Now the airlines is giving me a hard time about it when their employee messed up. I will never fly frontier again. They need to be permanently shut down.

      After reading reviews and flying once, round trip, I can confirm that they're consistent. I'll give them that. It seems they rarely deliver on what is promised. Look up videos of their CEO and what he thinks of you, the *********** story isn't exciting, just really similar to most of the reviews you'll find everywhere online. You're gambling on a lot flying with Frontier. If you actually need to be anywhere for anything important, you're going to have a really bad time.

      Flight attendant was everything but professional. Rude, offensive, and not to make this long they made me feel like if I was in the army. I was actually very worry. will never ever put myself in that position. It is not worthy.

      Worst experience ever there is no customer service in this company ll they care for is to take your money if there is problem there is no one to help you but the only agents they have are for spoting larger ****** ons before you board the ******** wife and I was flying from ***** to ********** Christmas week when she lost her wallet on the way to airport.Couldn't get in the plane because of that missed the flight.There was no one to talk to to at least rebook another flight no they said absolutely not its our fault that her wallet was lost and they will not refund or gives us a voucher for another flight lost the car rental for week 500 hotel rooms in ** for another 200 And on top of that had to drive from ******* to ********** to be with our grand kids and family

      Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the cancellation of Frontier Airlines Flight 1977 12/21/24 Timeline of Events July 7, 2024 -Purchased tickets for Flight 1977 via Priceline.December 7, 2024 Received an email from Priceline with "Important Information for Your Upcoming Flight - Saturday, December 21, 2024." The email stated the departure time as 10:13 AM.December 20, 2024 9:30 PM: Began the check-in process and noticed the departure time had changed to 6:00 AM on December 21, 2024. However, Pricelines website continued to reflect the original 10:13 AM departure time.oCalled Frontier Airlines for clarification, and they confirmed the updated 6:00 AM departure time.9:34 PM: Received an email confirming the flight with 9:35 PM: Successfully checked in, paid $300 for carry-on luggage, and received seat assignments.December 21, 2024 6:30 AM: Arrived at the airport but found no check-in desks or boarding kiosks available to print boarding passes. Upon inquiring, we were informed that the flight had been cancelled.8:04 AM: Received a text message from Frontier Airlines notifying me that the flight had been cancelledtwo hours after the scheduled departure time.Summary 1.Lack of Notification: Despite successfully checking in and receiving boarding passes eight hours before departure, the flight was cancelled without prior notification.2.Inadequate Customer Support: Airline staff at the airport were unable to provide assistance or offer alternative arrangements, leaving us to resolve the situation online. 3.Significant Disruption: The cancellation of the flight resulted in the following losses:oRuined family vacation plans.o$300 lost on carry-on luggage fees.oAdditional expenses for **** rides to and from the airport.oCancellation fees and financial losses related to car rental and hotel reservations.**** ******

      On December 8th at ***********************, while I was preparing to board my scheduled flight at 5:15 PM, flight D99B5V of Frontier Airlines back to ***************, a Frontier Airlines employee did not allow me to board with my carry-on luggage, despite it meeting the permitted dimensions of 22 x 14 x 9 inches. The employee's attitude was poor, and I witnessed other passengers being allowed to board with identical carry-on luggage. I had to pay $99 to avoid missing my return flight, although I know the cost for such luggage is usually lower. Additionally, during check-in, the Frontier employee did not allow me to be assigned a seat without payment, forcing me to pay $31. I feel that my consumer rights were violated. I hope this incident with Frontier Airlines is reviewed and that I am compensated for the damages caused.

      Flew to ******* From *******, I Had Hard Shell Suitcase, Packed Very Light...Atlanta Charged Me $104.00 For Suitcase Which I Hesitantly Paid...But, Coming Back From *******, I had exact same Stuff in Suitcase...I was charged $44.00 Dollars....Duh, What Gives...I feel like I was Taken!!

      I am a completely blind passenger that requested wheelchair assistance to get to my gate, after being left at my gate and sitting there for two hours. I found out that I was left in the wrong gate and I had missed my flight. Completely disappointed couldnt believe this would happen

      Im outraged with the fact I had to pay almost $600 for a name change. Something that other airlines allow you to change nor they charge you for changing. The one minute change cost me $595. Ridiculous!! What happens if you get married or have a name change for any other reason youre essentially punished by the law of Frontier. Such poor business practices
