      DO NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER! I booked a flight from Frontiers website from ******* to **************, MX. I received an email short after letting me know my booking was unconfirmed. I called their service line and agent communicated that my reservation was confirmed and I was all set. A few days later I received an email letting me know my booking was still unconfirmed and my option was to get a refund, rebook for a different date, or get a credit and that I was to reply to that email. I emailed back twice and got no response. I called their customer service line and spoke to an agent who told me that this booking was part of their coshare agreement with ******* and volaris had not confirmed the flight. I spoke to many customer service agents and no one could offer an explanation for how the cosharing arrangement worked. I was given contradictory statements by everyone I spoke to. We settled on rebooking, as I was told this flight would be confirmed. After calling various times and being told my flight was good to go before my scheduled fly day, I called again. This agent told me my flight was still unconfirmed by Volaris. I asked if an agent could help me at the Frontier desk at the airport and was told yes. Many Frontier agents were frustrated with Frontiers system as it does not speak to Volaris and many times reservations dont make it to Volaris airlines. The Frontier website and app both are non functioning.I showed up to the airport to see if My flight reservation could be confirmed. The Frontier agent told me she could only see that my flight was unconfirmed and she could not help me. She said that the truth about the coshare flights is that 50% of the time the reservations are never confirmed. ******* takes advantage of flying customers and then sell them tickets at their booking desk right before their scheduled flight. Up to this point I am still receiving you flight takes off soon reminders. Many people faced the same problem at the airport.

      On December 5, 2024, my father, a disabled passenger, and I experienced mistreatment at the hands of Frontier Airlines. Upon check-in, my fathers portable oxygen tank was approved by the agent and properly documented according to your policy. However, at the gate, agent *. ********* questioned whether the tank had been cleared, despite confirmation from check-in. He stated that the approval was not properly notated in the system.After further questioning, Mr. ********* insisted on a doctors note stating my father could travel without oxygen, which we did not have at the time. He then claimed the portable oxygen tank was unsafe and not ***-approved, despite the visible ***-approved sticker on the tank. This claim directly contradicted Frontier's policy, which only requires the *** sticker for *********** a result, we were removed from the flight and told the next available flight was 24 hours later, forcing us to stay overnight in *********. This caused significant financial and emotional distress. We incurred the following expenses due to Frontier's mishandling:Hotel: $85.95 **************** $46 Food: $143.10 Additionally, my checked bag was misplaced, requiring a trip to lost-and-found to retrieve it.I am requesting a full refund for the original flight, as well as compensation for the hotel, shuttle, and food expenses. I also request a formal apology for the distress caused by Mr. ********** unprofessional and discriminatory actions, as his refusal to acknowledge the ***-approved status of the oxygen tank resulted in unnecessary humiliation and disruption to our travel plans.I am also considering pursuing legal action to address the financial damages and the wrongful actions we endured.

      I’m completely disappointed with this company. I tried to check in on the app, but it didn’t work. When I arrived at the airport 1 hour and 25 minutes before the check-in deadline, the Frontier staff instructed me to check in on the app again. I tried, but it still didn’t work—it got stuck on the loading page for several minutes. I assumed the baggage and seat fees hadn’t been charged due to the app’s failure.
      I spent 10 minutes trying to check in using the app and another 10 minutes on their website. Feeling helpless, I asked the staff for assistance again, and they told me to line up at the counter. When I finally reached the counter, I was told that check-in had already closed, and my only option was to change to a flight 14 hours later. This was a complete waste of my time.
      To make matters worse, I later checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged for the baggage and seat fees, even though the app only displayed a loading page and never confirmed the payment. I called customer service to complain and request a refund, but the agent told me I could only receive credit if I paid an extra $125 to get $309 in credit. All I wanted was a refund for the baggage and seat fees caused by their app and website failures.
      This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I don’t need your credit—just give me the refund! (Confirmation code:S8T16L)
      The unprofessional service at DEN airport and the poor customer support only made the situation worse. Completely unacceptable. I will keep complaining until I get my refund.

      On Nov 15 2021 I fight for ************* to ********* Fight no was 2078 I purchased a carry-on baggage allowance and a checked baggage allowance for 50 Dollars But when I arrived I didnt find my baggage and I waited for 2 weeks without any news or compensation Than I moved to ******* for more than 3 years now There years I called them again and again, they always told me they have no idea about this or thanfer me to others I do remember where I came to ****** It was a very very cold day, but my my clothes disappear forever

      How has this airline even lasted this long. Charges more than ANY OTHER AIRLINE FOR CARRYONS. I booked mine and my fiance tickets at once but they put us in different rows completely separate. To even sit by her, it was an extra 50 just for a regular seat. Personal item bags are so small, I dont know how anyone can even bring anything on their flight. Never again will I ever fly with them again

      The ladies working the *** baggage counter on 12/5 at 5am, absolutely humiliated my husband who is 100% disabled military but continues to serve the county as reserves. According to the Frontier website, military reserve AND accompanying spouses and children are allowed 2 checked bags. The ladies absolutely refused to allow me, the spouse, to check free bags. When I showed my military spouse ID they continued to deny me and then noticed my ID said 100% disabled spouse. They told my husband you are only a 100% disabled veteran, you dont get free bags. My husband tried to explain that he still serves as reserves and showed them, yet again, his second government ID saying reserves. The manager then said ehhh Ill call my friend who is military to see if thats possible. Now people are standing around listening and equally appalled. The women were NASTY, condescending, and refused to acknowledge the policy written ON the frontier website. The frontier website chat was absolutely useless in helping us, but agreed we did get free bags. After over an hour of standing around and arguing with the ladies, all of the sudden they allowed us the free checked bag. I am truly disgusted in the behavior towards my family, especially my husband who continues to serve our country, proudly, even after being disabled overseas. Frontier should be ******* of their employees.

      The absolute worst airline you could fly. The cheaper flights turn into the same cost as the majority of the other flights by the time you pay for your seat belt, oxygen and the ticket. ******** airline. ******** customer service. Seats are basically plastic covered with a leather cloth. I only took this flight because it was the only time that worked with my schedule. I would recommend never flying frontier unless you absolutely have to do it. Just the epitome of a cheap company that truly doesnt save you that much money.

      I had booked a flight for my son and I round trip and on my return I was singled out with our bags. The supervisor was rude and wanted to charge us $200 for our bags that we did not pay for arriving. I quote the supervisor " Atlanta did not do their job and we are going to do ours". My son is 11 years old, and we needed to get back before dark. ****** would not let us board the flight. We had to pay an extra $318 for a flight with a layover and $200 for our bags. We did not get home until 2am with a 4 hour drive from ******* when booking the flight was so that my son and I could get home before dark. He has ODD and bronchitis and had a doctor appointment. ****** sent us downstairs to another supervisor and she said you have to pay. ****** came downstairs laughing as if it was funny. The staff was young and very unprofessional. My niece sent me information where frontier single people out to pay for baggage and there are incentives. I am requesting my $318 and $200 back that I could not afford to pay. I do not want the $300 dollars for a flight because I will NEVER fly frontier again. Hey just set in front of the committee regarding employees getting incentives regarding this matter ****** ********* frontier **** and Senator **** ****** questioned him and they are still doing it. I will be sending an email to the Senator ****** that they are still doing it
