      My personal item was measured against website guidelines. I knew my small softside duffle would fit. They made me get out of line and pay at the gate. I told them it. Gate agent said I have to charge you now to get on the plane, but you can request a refund. I got on the plane, put it under the seat, and took a picture to prove it fit (with room to spare)Tried to submit a refund request online---No submit button. Tried to call, but no option for me, so had to settle for text chat. Got the runaround. CS told me to call the airport. They stuck to their policy of not refunding bags, even though I did what the gate agent told me to do. They offered a one time (limited time) voucher for less than what I paid. I will never fly with Frontier again.

      Cancelled my flight within 24 hour timeframe provided medical documentation and they will not refund me or apply credit. They have not even contacted me. ******** customer service.

      Frontier Airlines is the worst airline ever. Why? 1. the entire process of getting a boarding pass and checking a bag is done via their App, which you have to download. 2. The app doesn't work (their employees couldn't use it when I handed them my phone) 3.they do not have kiosks at *********** (even though their website said they do) 4. they do not answer their telephone, but ask instead if you would like to receive a text and chat electronically 5. they charge you 25 $ to get "passenger assistance (that is, speak to a person at their counter to get a boarding pass) 6. they charge you over 50$ for a carry-on bag 7. their employees are stressed and furious (understandable, since there were over twenty people screaming at them at *********** at 11 AM on 2 Dec 2024) and lastly, (if you're still reading),8. their employees are insufferably rude.I will never fly with Frontier Airlines again.

      Rude staff.I have never had to deal with such a rude staff. I am flying from ******* to *******Had bad experience when starting my trip and even worse experience at ****** on the way back to ********** **************, I have to encounter **** *****, who was very unprofessional and down right rude.I would highly recommend Frontier to invest in training staff.I am never going to use this airline again, and will tell the others to avoid as much as they can.

      Was in line to get a boarding pass before check in and would not give me a pass because i missed my flight. Even though i was there before boarding.

      Frontier is a scam! They should be shutdown immediately. Too many complaints, and it does not stop. I bought a ticket for my sister from this horrific airline, they cancelled her flight AFTER she was checked in. She was provided a card to access her refund and they didnot return 100% of it. The entire amount should have been due back to the customer if it was their fault. In addition to that they were RUDE and you have to pay to speak with an agent. ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS. FRONTIER AIRLINE SHAME ON YOU FOR SUCH POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

      I am currently at *****************. Almost immediately after stepping off the plane my 9 year old son noticed his phone fell out his bag. We immediately reported it and they stated the plane is closed but once found/ retrieved they would get it to us. A supervisor called for it but was advised even though the phone was retrieved that they will send it off to ****** and I must file a report. The phone us currently in their possession and I have all the information needed to prove is my phone but they are still refusing to give it to me. I filed the report and am now being advised it can take up to 30 days and i would be required to pay to have our sent back to me. This means Im paying for a phone service to a phone I don't have. The possibility that once it leaves here it's likely to be lost with the thousand of phone they are also lost. I'm also required to pay if they do have it to get it back. This is more of Frontier trying to get money instead of providing customer service. At this point it's theft because they have the phone!

      The company is a scam. They make it hard to make changes to flights they tell customers that your able to speak to a live person if you speak your confirmation code into the prompt the prompt constantly gives you error that youre saying the wrong code. They dont speak to you unless youre flying out within 24 hours and when you go to the airport to try to make changes the front desk clerks tells you you have to call in. Its a scam they give you the run around to the point you arent able to get a refund within the lawful time. I just wanted to cancel one flight of a passenger and now the computer is telling me Ill be charged 500$ I didnt even pay that much for the ticket.

      Best flight experience ever. I was skeptical do to others reviews. The staff are very friendly and very well trained to be persice and quick. I liked the Simplistic aspect of the bare bones approach to value flight. Frontier has made a new customer. I urge you to give ****************** a try.

      Frontier airlines flying bus service flights from hell! I recently had to displeasure of flying frontier airlines for the first time. Worst mistake of my life the employees are ruled disrespectful and obnoxious and don't want to provide any customer service and have a constant attitude. It seems like this is a requirement to be an employee for frontier airlines. They're deceptive pricing in regards to baggage and they're always delayed late flights are constant nuisance. I flew from ********* to *************** where I first encountered the deceptive back pricing which doubled the price of my ticket purchase for one very small bag that most airlines allow you for free cost me an additional $160. Not to mention I encountered a rude flight attendant on the way there by the name of ****** and another rule flight attendant on the way back by the name of lovey. Their passenger seats are thin uncomfortable do not recline and frankly based on the limited room you have could eventually cause physical damage to your body. when I first purchased my ticket round trip it was supposed to be non-stop to and from but they changed it and sent me to ******* on the way back where they were supposed to be a three hour layover. This turned into a six and a half hour layover because yet again a issue with one of their planes. While waiting in ******* one of the employees went through my luggage and stole a $300 pair of prescription glasses which I found out about this morning. This message is for anyone who will be considering riding with frontier DON'T DO IT! You have been warned, there is no way in h*** I will ever fly this airline again!
