      Even though my bag fit requirements for a carry-on, I was charged $78.00 because I also had a purse!

      Involuntarily bumped from the ************ to ***** flight on Nov. 11, 2024 for politely asking multiple times to change a seat. I was traveling with a 1 year old infant and my wife. Frontier refused to deplane luggage and stroller. 3 hours later was rescheduled to fly to ***************. Lost my transportation to ************* from ***, spent more on taxi, almost missed a cruise to be boarded by 4pm. Vacation ruined because luggage flew to *** with all the essentials. Frontier's customer service is non-existent either on the phone or on the ground. No one takes any responsibility. Luggage was not delivered to the ship. Five days later, when we retrieved the luggage in ***********, the stroller was damaged. Being a Gold Member of an Airline, I could never expect such a service misconduct.Kindly, ****** Desired settlement:Replacement; Refund; recovery of all incidentals, replacement of cruise with airfare, punitive damages. Public apology from the ******* Pilot and Main ****** of the flight, ****** ******, who lives in ************, ***********.

      My Wife and I flew out of the *******, *************** to go to *********** in September 2024. Once we got to ***********, I didnt have my luggage. I filed a Complaint with frontier airline because my whole luggage was missing the entire trip. I reached back out to Frontier airline and I was told to file a claim and send receipts of the merchandise that was missing. My receipts added up to $3000 in Frontier only wants to give me $813. I tried calling the customer service line, but dont cant get any help. They are very rude and unprofessional. Then the send me a $50 Voucher to fly in with them. We will never do business with them again. Here it is November and I still havent heard anything. I just want my $3000 back.

      If i could give negative stars I would!!!! I reached out via chat wichis it the only way anyone can contact **************** (really crappy way to handle any customer) very discriminating to anyone that may not have the ability to chat! and requested assistance with using a promo code that was advertised on the website. I spent most of the day getting the run around and chat after chat ending and having to redo every trouble shooting thing over and over with no help what so ever. I was then told on the very last chat that I needed to wait until the next day as that was when it should work. I asked what would happen when it dosent and got nothing back and the chat ended. I proceeded to wait until the next day and the exact sampe thing happend. I have not been able to use any pomo code or gotten any help with any person I have worked with. I have flowen quite a few times and have had nothing but troubbles with getting flights booked or be talked to rude on the flights or them just not being clean. THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP CUSOMERS!!! I dont know if I would book ever again if I hand another choice they aure one of the only dierect flight options to visit family as I have young childeren and long layovers really are not an option for us. If you have an other way book with another airline!

      I flew Frontier Airlines for the first time on Friday, November 15th. I had a terrible experience. I only had a backpack on the way down. I got online to purchase a carryon for the way back only. My online froze on me, so I went to counter because I was trying not to wait to last minute afraid pricing would be higher. The girl at the counter was ******* because we were boarding the flight from **********. Turned out, she charged me $99, the online ended up charging me double for a one way carryon of $138. When I realized it on the plane, I asked attendant, she said I can't help you with that, see counter when you land. I went to counter, he told me call customer service. Called customer service, they told me, sorry nothing we can do. So I was charged a total of $237 for a free personal item, my backpack and 1 carryon for one way which should've only cost $69 (which is a ridiculous price since the airline doesn't even touch my carryon). THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ******************** AND PRICE GOUGING! I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN!!

      If it werent for their pilots, who safely brought me from point-A to point-B, I would try to give Frontier Airlines 0 stars. Weve traveled with them 2 times too many. On the first trip our flight arrived so late that our car rental closed, stranding us at the **************. When we asked for help, the Frontier gate agents acted cold and callous while telling us they were closed. On our second trip they lost my infant daughters car seat and stroller, leaving my wife and baby stranded at ***. We were told to buy a new one, with the promise we would be reimbursed. It has been months since the incident and they still have not reimbursed us or truly attempted to rectify the situation. We will never fly with them again.

      I had a connecting flight from ****** to ********* missed it due to my flight being delayed.I had to spend the night at the airport. Over 9 hrs. For the next flight. **************** was rude nasty and unhelpful. I would like a refund. ******, Is my confirmation code. Thank you *** ******

      I have a simple billing question and Frontier the only option Frontier has for me to talk to someone costs $35. They are predatory. I tried to purchase airplane tickets on their site. I see my credit card purchase pending but I haven't gotten any confirmation from Frontier. I can't see what the hold up is and they charge a fee for me to ask them. Disgusting. They have a free chat option that is an AI that gives nonsense answers.

      I had the worst experience ever on any flight Ive ever flown. Our initial flight was delayed. The problem was we were not even notified of the delay until after it was time for the plane to take off. Not an employee in sight! At the gate! An employee finally came said we were all at the correct gate and walked off! Unbelievable! After we finally started to board 45-1 hr later almost every single passenger was charged $100 for their bag! I had a small plastic bag with shoes and a personal time. It truly felt like extortion. After we sat down and the gate was closed we waited another hour! For a mechanic to find a tool. Overall the employees were disgusting and rude. The fees are outrageous. Then had the nerve to still try to sell us snacks and sodas that thankfully I didnt even see anyone buy!

      Horrible no customer service my flight got switched NOT BY ME wanted to charge me almost ****** to get back on flight I already paid for! Ended up booking with a different airline, luggage cost is ridiculous! ***** for 40lbs airline I booked with is ***** for 50 lbs. So now I'm out the money for my return flight with frontier I'm also out of the cost of new flight home. NEVER AGAIN, R
