    Made reservations quite a ways in advance. Filled out extreme online check in which included a photo of my drivers license, a selfie and a request to do a background check on me. Called the main office and asked for an early check in time. Was told that my 10 am request would be considered. Got to the hotel and was not allowed to check in. Also was met with rude, snobby employees. They had me call another main office where again I requested an early check in. But that was not honored. They kept quoting policy saying check in was at 3pm. So they ignored my requests. They made us sit in the lobby for 3 HOURS. Another man was sitting there as well. They had refused him also. They claimed they had been sold out the night before but I dont believe it. There were very few people coming and going. With them being called Union station they know people are coming in on the trains at all hours. It is just good business to accommodate them and not be rude. Sitting there for 3 HOURS we missed a lunch date and visit with relatives. I told them that they had ruined our vacation but they just smiled and didnt care. Other drawbacks- no vending machines, no restaurant, pool under construction, no tv unless you give them more information and use streaming, a lanyard fob to wear around your neck to get in anywhere and you better remember your numbers to get into the room. All in all it was the worst experience Ive had with a hotel. ************* was the biggest issue. And most of the time the front desk was unattended. Do not stay here! So many other nice hotels in the area.
