      The absolute worst customer experience. They rip off your downpayment, false advertise, and don’t deliver on what they say. Please check their BBB profile and do your due diligence before doing any business with these people.

      I have done business with this company a few times and this is the second time this has happened but this time it was bad. I buy and sell forklifts. I had a customer looking for a 2015 Linde HD45 they had it on their website I presented it to the customer he like it and so I purchase it and sold it to my customer except what happened when he got it was nothing like what the website said it was it turned out to be a **** different model forklift and then when I contacted Discount forklift they were avoiding my phone calls and emails and when I finally got them on the phone they admitted to the mistake and refused to refund the money until the lawyer got involved and then deiced they would pay the customer back what I paid them and stiff me with the commission and told me that I signed for the forklift which leaves me responsible. But what I signed and paid for wasn't what I or my customer got! False Advertisement. This is the second time they had did this to me but last time I was able to make the customer happy and made more money for ****************** and myself this time they tried to completely pull one over on me. And *********************** Should be fired for the way he handles dealing with customers, he avoided me for three weeks and even according to another employee over there went as far at to block my emails until I called and told them that I got a letter from the customers lawyer that included them and then they unblocked me to get the email.

      If I could leave 0 stars, I would - this company should be ashamed of how they operate, especially this jerk ************- I have never worked with someone so unprofessional, rude and cocky - I am so disappointed this is the rep we had to work with Our Story~we were sold a forklift they NEVER delivered after a full year - 1 full year and we never got what we bought. we asked several times for a refund since they could not get the one they sold us to work - they refused to refund. they instructed us to rent a forklift & told us they would pay for the rental. more months go by, very little communication, once again requested a refund - only to be declined then after 11 months, DF delivered a forklift (without telling anyone at our business to expect it ) but it didn't meet our needs. they literally sent someone from ** to ** with a forklift that we could not use and did not want - we refused it as it was not the proper weight capacity- it was not what we bought. they kept trying to give us a forklift that did not meet our needs. What we wanted and (thought) we bought. and yet they still refused a full refund. they only finally refunded us ( 1/2 of our money!) after 1 year (after way too much negotiating) minus what they paid towards the rental, then decided to stop paying the rental company We would never have needed a rental had they just delivered what they had sold ** in the first place. I wish they would just shut down so they never have the opportunity to torture anyone else again - I also wish ***** the same service he delivers when it comes time for him to buy something he wants/ something important. DF and ***** have horrible ethics / bad business practices. go ANYWHERE else but save yourself the heartache, frustration, time and money - Discount Forklift is a JOKE of a company. a bunch of con artists that should not be trusted.

             We are sorry to hear about your experience.  We always aim and work carefully to give all our customers the best experience possible.  This is evidenced by the thousands satisfied customers we have had the pleasure of doing business with over the years.  Your circumstance was an outlier that we attempted to help you with on multiple occasions.
          We are also disappointed at the outcome of our experience together.  Even though there was a settlement agreed to by all parties, including legal counsel agreement.
