      I was an established patient at this practice. I was having urgent issues that my NP could help me with. I called them and left and urgent message with the receptionist. I never received a call back. I called them back twice and was on hold for 16 and 20 minutes with no one picking up. Several days later, I called again, explaining my situation and its urgency. I was assured that my provider would call me back that day. That afternoon I called and they were CLOSED! On a Friday afternoon before 3pm?! I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have felt grossly neglected as a patient with their absolute lack of communication. It's like they just don't care about their patients.

      On behalf of all of Rocky Mountain Gastroenterology, we would like to apologize if anyone felt like they were not being treated well by our group. While this is our busiest time of year, that is not an excuse. We take pride in our patient care, and apologize if anyone felt we fell short. Due to HIPAA privacy regulations, we can not go in to detail about what happened - but have passed along the feedback to the manager of this location, and she is planning to call the patient to apologize and discuss resolution. Patients are welcome to send us an email to *************************************************************** and we will escalate any unclosed resolutions to management as well. Again, we apologize if a patient was having difficulty reaching our team members.

      Horrible people running a horrible business. They have no customer service or empathy from the top down. Stay away!

      On behalf of everyone at RMG, we always appreciate our patients taking the time to provide their feedback. And we are always sorry to hear if a patient has a poor experience with our team. The best way to learn how to improve our processes and our weaknesses, is to get some additional feedback about any particular issue from our patients. In order to protect our patients privacy, we do not comment on public forums about any specifics and encourage our patients to reach out to our management team at *************************************************************** in order for our team to investigate and communicate.

      Stay away from this place! They made me incur over $2,000 in unnecessary charges due to there ineptness. Do not go here and see ************** at all.
