    We bought a new build townhouse in June 2021 that Schneider constructed. We live in a 3-story townhouse unit with split ** on all 3 levels and a generator on the top floor. We contacted Schneider in August 2021 (2 months after moving in) describing a leak that had been audibly dripping from our ** unit into the wall behind. We requested someone comes to take a look at the unit for repair as part of our 1-year builder warranty. They said they couldnt find a leak.Last week, our bottom ** unit was dripping. We contacted a repair company to come fix the issue. Upon inspecting the ** units, the repair company found that all 3 ** units are completely infected with mold and there is algae growing in the pipes that connect the units. They said they have never seen mold in Colorado due to the high elevation. Upon further analysis, the cause determined was that the builders did not properly seal our home during construction, allowing humidity and moisture to get into the ** units. Additionally, the pumps inside the units were not installed level. We have been breathing in mold for the past two years at the fault of the builders error during time of construction. The cost to replace all 3 units and the generator is $18,000. We have made numerous attempts to get in contact with Schneider and they never return our calls or messages.
