    While driving eastbound on S. Arapahoe Rd. in ******, ********, the driver for home improvements express was weaving in and out of traffic at higher speed than posted and cutting multiple vehicles off. When he was inevitably honked at by other drivers he could not be bothered to even look in his rearview mirror to see why. Upon passing this driver, he took it upon himself to flip the middle finger at me and other drivers. This is a poor excuse of this companys public image, and it reflects poorly on their Better Business Bureau rating to have employees like this on the road.

    Dear Mr. **************** have several vans on the road in ************.  Each van has GPS tracking and video surveillance.  If you could tell me the date and approximate time if the incident, I can identify the driver, watch the video, and address the issue with him.  I have never received a BBB complaint before so I do not know if you can respond to me by responding to this message.  If you could send that information to ***********************************, it would be appreciated.  I will update you once I have been able to address this issue with the driver.
