      I'm so sorry I can't leave zero stars, KP is absolutely the bottom of the barrel when it comes to healthcare. It's fine for preventative and regular check-*** but if you actually need medical attention, you're out of luck. I've been having back spasms for 10 days straight. My 1st PT appointment is in July...3 months away.

      I am head of security at a hospital and needed to coordinate with Kaiser regarding a patients ride home. The attendant that finally answered my call could not pronounce English words correctly. I had no idea what he was saying and this added to the issues at hand. Nothing against the person but i would suggest you hire people who can communicate clearly for communication. Not thinking outside the box or anything but this makes sense to me.

      I have a decent PCP from them but they constantly cancel appointments from PCP to mammogram and then it's 1-2 months wait to get another unless go really far away. I had crazy issues with pharmacy too. Not impressed I only have it because it's what my work offers.

      Every staff member had been warm, helpful, & welcoming since we started visiting this Kaiser location. However, while assigned to **** ******, MD as his pediatrician, my son was given 2 vaccinations ************ B) on two seperate occasions (4 month & 6 month appointments) without my husband or my knowledge, consent, & against the desire we had expressed since meeting her at his 2 month appointment to not receive these vaccinations at this time. We felt forced to switch to a new pediatrician as our trust in her as our son's healthcare provider was totally violated.

      I joined Kaiser this year. I bought the Gold Kaiser plan and have paid $879 on a monthly basis.I have been receiving bills from Kaiser for $1,758 each month. I call Kaiser and they tell me that I am all paid upsame story every monthThey told me that this is a problem on their side not ******* husband is a doctor and he can't believe the h*** I go through week after week as the bills from Kaiser keep coming to my home every week I spend an hour every three days or **** just tell Kaiser that they need to fix the glitch in their systemThis is what Kaiser told meThey told me that a lot of customers are in the same mess that I am in.Please helpmy anxiety is at an all-time highjust dealing with Kaiser.Why am I paying $879 for a gold plan? Why do Do they want me to pay $1,758 each month? I never agreed to this.A Kaiser staff by the name of ******** D sent me a letter todayCould you please call her and get this issue resolved please.

      What a h*** I had to go through with KP!!!! Doctors don't listen to you; it took way too long for them to find a CANCER that in my GI words "had been there for a long time". I literally had to cry for a nurse to help me to get a colonoscopy. I was losing so much weight, not sleeping at all for months and they will check my chart and dismiss it. I kept telling them that something was terribly WRONG. Even went to the ER.I spend so much money and went thought a very hard treatment, the only people more caring were the radiation doc and nurses at ***************. Most of the nurses at ******** don't know how to deal with a PICC ******* medical records have a lot of mistakes. Never again, when I most needed, I was left on my own on early menopause without any info or recourses about it. I went to a KP OBGYN and was treated as a standard woman in relation to early menopause as a consequence of radiation!!!THEY MADE ME MORE SICK THEN I WAS SICK!

      My PCP tried to refer me to the ************* I was told by the nurse the Physiatrist I had seen before, had to refer me to the ************* The Physiatrist I saw told me he could not do anything for me and suggested "Doans Pills" to manage my pain. Now Kaiser is telling me I have to return to the doctor *** said an injection wont help you, in order to have a ************ referral. I am not sure how my PCP feels a referral to the ************ is warranted cant make a referral to the *************Kaiser is actually blocking a referral from within their system. It is beyond absurd.

      They can literally **** my f**king d1*k!Overall their services are absolutely inept and they dont cover anything. Wait times for appointments are longer than it takes for me to get better heal on my own. Everything is a ******* headache.They have caused me so much mental distress, anger and put me in crisis more times than I can count. I have been harassed by multiple customer service representatives and they will be hearing from my lawyers.They switched their system over and I could not log into my account.They also apparently canceled my insurance 3 months ago and I only just found out because a provider of mine tried to run my insurance. This is not only irresponsible but also incredibly negligent and disregards all client needs and care.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      Really like my KP Doctor but I've had major coverage issues. My policy changed for the month of Dec 2023. KP tried to make it retroactive for the prior 11 months. Within a few weeks they removed the charges twice then rebilled my for a total $3500. I had to file a complaint with the State of Colorado and with Connect for Health. It was over 5 months for them to correct thier deliberate error. Now I get a call from a nurse I don't know claiming to represent my Doctor. She told me that a specific drug I have been taking for 18 years is causing high blood pressure (that is and has been under control). I looked up the drug on KPs link they sent. There is no mention of high blood pressure as a side effect. They just don't want to cover this very low cost drug. Their attempts to discourage me from taking this therapy started by making my Doctor have to approve and send the prescription in every 2 weeks. Then I have to remember to order it every 2 weeks. What a waste of time and effort on everyone's part. Micro managing my Doctor and lying about the drug side effects just destroyed what little remaining credibility they had. Changing health insurance provider for 2025.

      Avoid Kaiser for insurance.Their customer support is bottom tier.I just tried to do telehealth with them. I was on for an hour. They told me I was next in line.Then they dropped my call.
