      10/24/2022 To Whom It May ********* signed up for Private Internet Access on March 15th, 2022. I tried to cancel a few hours later and the online customer service representative was going to help me cancel my service without any charge. I have sent numerous emails and inquires to the company doing business as Private Internet Access since March. They do not publish a phone number, they do not return emails, and now their website asks for a membership/plan # that they do not provide their customers. They provide an ID number *******************#), but this number is not accepted by their inquiry system. Thus, my newest (not oldest) complaints/inquiries are not able to be submitted. If a person goes to their Better Business Bureau site you will see many complaints of consumers not being able to stop service, get refunds, or speak to anyone at the company. They are a subject of numerous fraud (unauthorized debit) claims. I need Private Internet Access stop processing my credit card immediately. Plus, I need a refund for the entire unauthorized amount they have charged me to date:March 16th, 2022 $9.95 April 15th, 2022 $9.95 May 16th, 2022 $9.95 June 15th, 2022 $9.95 July 15th, 2022 $10.86 August 15th, 2022 $10.86 September 15th, 2022 $10.86 October 15th, 2022 $10.86 TOTAL: $83.24

      Paid for a year of private internet access august 2022. Today 10-17-22 I can't log in when I try to click ok on the pop up in pic provided, it just keeps popping up. When I email them via help it says email address not found. We would like a refund for the remainder of the time we paid, or for it to be fixed.
