      Missed another appointment ??, was for my skin cancer,said pick up @ 10am was waiting @9:30am phoned was told looking 4 a driver??, needed to be verified, oh no, my insurance set up the appointment, did a three way phone, back in May 23rd, so had 2.5 weeks, was taped so couldn't lie this time,said they would call ******************** happened) get a family or friend (reimbursement) Modivcare still owes me over$500.00 from 2022, cannot use other resources as have transportation on my medical card, this is so not right??

      I dont understand why insurance ********** allows this to continue. These are elderly and disabled people who depend on this service for doctors appointments

      I live on the edge of Aiken County and Edgefield County and schedule with motivcare to pick me up and take me to a wound care appointment behind ******************* I told him I could not get into a regular car so they did send a bus that lifted me up into the back that was fine got to my appointment had a lot of trouble getting out of the seat finally made it she left with the understanding that as soon as the appointment was over I would call her or call whoever which I did and they left me stranded there until just about dark (3 hrs) I was getting very afraid because of where I was I'm a senior citizen don't need to be treated this way then we get all the way back to my house and I couldn't get out of the seat again she couldn't help me I had to call someone to come help me get up she calls someone and they both showed up at the same time schedule them again for my next appointment and instead of sending something I could get into they sent me some kind of little tiny car that I could not get in and then he got really ticked off cuz he lost the ride it was a lyft or a Uber or something like that then the third time I scheduled with them they never showed up well I take that back they showed ** but an hour late in the meantime I have missed two doctors appointments thankfully they understood and did not charge me for them but this whole time my wounds are getting worse and worse and I attribute the fact that motivcare abandoned me when I needed them to the fact that I ended ** spending two months in the hospital cuz I could not get to a doctor for treatment I tried calling someone to complain of course no one ever returned my calls if I thought it would do any good I'd get an attorney but so far in this country you can't *** for anything real you *** for stupidity I do not recommend these people for anything especially if you really need help

      Worst senior transportation service ever! Archcare is contracted with them which is a great shame and why I am leaving this MLTC. Modivcare does not care if senior patients even get to their doctors appointments. We had scheduled an urgent eye appt and confirmed all the details with Modivcare over the phone and they were a no-show - AGAIN! They claimed they had the wrong telephone number which is listed on our account profile. This has happened several times to both my parents! NO SHOW with NO warning or calls. Patients lose their appointments and are billed by their doctors for not showing up. Absolute garbage company that does not care that the elderly depend on medical services. They dont deserve even one star! Archcare by association is also a terrible company for not cutting ties with them despite knowledge of Modivcares treatment towards their members. Find another MLTC - not worth the headache or stress.

      Today I used the local medical transportation service my insurance provides. Everything was arranged by phone. Imagine my shock when I received a text from an hour after I got ModivCare! The text said: "You have been opted in to trip notifications for ModivCare. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg&Data Rates May ******* Not only did I not "opt in," I never heard of this company! Yet somehow they "knew" I used a service today, they decided to sign me up for texts! A blatant violation of my personal privacy AND federal and **** laws on sending out spam. I will be filing complaints with the **** **** Consumer **************** the ************ of course. I feel spied upon & violated. Nothing that they've grabbed my info, what else will they do with it? I'd suggest people keep their privacy by avoiding this unethical company. I've blocked from further contact but they still infringed on my right to privacy & possibly HIPAA.

      The worst company ever. Never show up never call and you call the office and you're lied to over and over and over again. Then if you're lucky they don't hang up on you. This company really should be looked into by the way they treat the elderly it's very sad. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody

      This company informed me rides were cancelled after rides were scheduled to arrive. These were rides to a doctors appointment. This has occured three tlmes. I don't understand how they are still in business because they have no business.

      Zero stars*****Ive filed several complaints for myself, as well as, for my mom. They have these phone calls recorded yet every time you file a grievance they clearly dont listen to the calls where the facts are stated. They lie every single time; Im surprised they are still in business! They messed up several times on my moms appointments which cost her to be blind for another month. They never picked her up for her skin cancer to be removed so shell now have her cancer for another month. *******, customer service representative, seems to be the one for the past 2 months that have screwed her appointments up, as well as, other elderly appointments; all facts stated and documented, yet they lie and shes still there-smart MotivCare. Not only are you messing with people, elder, etc., appointments, youre doing more harm than you know or care. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to schedule peoples rides, get your company in check! Your drivers even know you guys suck-shame on you all-pathetic!

      They are the worst company you could ever possibly deal with not reliable it will only cost you stress and money and aggravation they are disgusting pathetic and if I could think of any more words I would use them they're awful!!!!!!!!

      NOT ONLY IS THIS LLC A SCAM IT IS A POORLY RUN OPERATION. First time calling the schedule a ride, women on the other end had to ask what country I was in. I received a call from a driver saying he was at my pick up location when I was already at my destination. I received confirmation texts that showed inaccurate times/dates. Since I was now responsible to get myself to my appointments, as this "limited liability company" failed to provide a service multiple times, I signed up for "gas reimbursement". It gets better. Days after speaking with my banker and closing the previous account that was linked to Lyft who was outsourced for Modivcare drivers, I received a fraudulent check from Modivcare that was so poorly counterfeited it's laughable. With the effort they put into scamming ******** clients, you'd think they'd at least know not to put the check number in the routing number and send a ***** Fargo check with no logo. Inexcusable. Deplorable. Unsatisfactory. Illegal. Their workers are not the problem, it is the owners that are operating a fraudulent business who should be held accountable.
