      The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with all the reviews that Ive read through for this company are true. All aspects of this company are not customer service oriented. You cannot speak to a live agent ever and they lose all documents. I have been trying to get a family member on this service for six months.. no thank you!!!!

      5/18/2023 What a mediocre medical transportation company! I am not the only one complaining and they do not improve their service. On the phone, they have those *********** workers with strong accent answering the phone. A real sh company!

      This is a scam. I phoned and suffered through ads for a variety of odd services. I received confirmation numbers, texts, etc. Driver never showed.

      This company has been sold then resold! The level of care for their rides' system seems to diminish with each time! The driver's are to the point of complaining about the poor service. ******** and ******** really needs to rethink the transportation system and use our funding more wisely. Please!!?

      Have the worst call waiting service if you don't have a ride that day that will go out of its way to not give you a person to speak to.When waiting on a ride, they don't believe in calling you and then expect you to be ok with finally getting a ride a whole HOUR after you're supposed to get a ride.Garbage people.

      My mom had three appointments all in the same building so it was supposed to be simple right? Appointment for the transportation was done Friday and set. Informed them that my mom needs a handicap vehicle to take her. They sent someone else who has a tesla. Had to cancel because she needed a handicap vehicle. They claimed to reschedule another transportation vehicle that will be handicapped but it never showed for second appointment. The service rep confirmed that the reservation wasnt even placed. I just canceled everything and rescheduled her appointments. Our own vehicle should be running by then. Judging by these reviews, its crazy that any insurance still uses them.

      Missed another important doctor's *********** because ride never showed up. I never received a call either. When I called to check on my ride they apologized and acted like they were quickly sending someone out. After waiting a long time I called back to find out they didn't have anyone to send. NOT RELIABLE!!!

      Horrible transportation service. I have scheduled 2 rides with them. Both times they never showed up. One time it was for a return ride home. The ride home was a "will call" and I called three times. I waited over one hour. They kept telling me my ride would be there in a few minutes; however, no one showed up. The second time it was for a round trip ride to a doctor ************ I kept getting confirmation texts from their company. However, when it came to picking me up, no one showed up. I cannot believe we pay Part B for ******** Advantage Plans and get this kind of treatment. Do not depend on ModivCare *********************** which Humana uses.

      I'm still at my doctor's ****** now as I'm writing this. The clinic closed and they said they would send a Lyft/Uber because they cancelled my trip. It's almost 6pm. Still stranded. I have no money to go home. Then yell at me telling me to find my own way home. Cancelled my trip twice. Horrible they do not show or practice the ethics they do called state on their company website. I'm even going further than just complaining to the insurance I'm going to the **************** to complain. The insurance needs to cancel that contract they keep leaving patients stranded, or the never make it to appointments that patients have to wait for months even pre-op andhave no money to go home. Then yell at me telling me to find my own way home. Cancelled my trip twice. Horrible they do not show or practice the ethics they do called state on their company website. I'm even going further than just complaining to the insurance I'm going to the **************** to complain.
