    I live in Denver Cascade for 12 years moved out for one year, then moved back in to my daughter's mobile which she sold to me. Approximately 1year later on May 16 2024 I sold the home, and again moved to *******. I left on good terms with the park, my lot rent was current, my place as always was impeccably kept. They informed me at the time it would be from 4-6 weeks before my security deposit of $710 would be returned, and I was fine with that. They also informed me they Denver Cascade was on the market attempting to be sold. I've been in contact with both Denver Cascade personally as well as by phone several times, I've also been in touch with the previous management company ******************** and attempted to be in touch with the current management company, Denver Cascade LLC. Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to get a hold of As no number is available. I spoke to ******************** to **** who said she would investigate and call me back the following Monday April 7th. She never called me back. After numerous calls I was finally able to reach her, she informed me the current management company needs to pay me and she would tell them in an email, and have them call me. I still haven't received that call. I was called in September of 2024 by the young lady at Denver Cascade to ask me for a forwarding address because they needed to forward me a check for my security deposit. So Denver Cascade says the previous management company **** me, the previous management company says that Denver cascade owes me. I'm getting the run around and nobody wants to pay me. I was hoping there was something that better Business bureau could do to facilitate the return of my $710 security deposit.Thank you

    We appreciate
    Mr. Hall bringing this matter to our attention and understand how frustrating
    it must be to experience delays regarding a security deposit refund. We would
    like to clarify the circumstances surrounding his move-out.

    Mr. Hall was a
    resident under former ownership and moved out in May 2024. This was prior to
    our acquisition of the community in December 2024. Before the transition, our
    on-site team provided the former owners with a list of outstanding security
    deposits, which included Mr. Hall’s. Per standard practice, deposit liabilities
    remained with them and were not transferred to Havenpark.

    Our team has
    since followed up with former owners, shared the original documentation, and
    asked that they respond directly to Mr. Hall. Unfortunately, we do not hold the
    funds associated with his deposit and are unable to process a refund on their
    behalf. If there are additional questions, Mr. Hall may contact us at [email protected]. We’re more than happy to assist where
    possible.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was told the exact opposite thing from the previous management team. They informed me all security deposits remained with the property. Someone is not teing the truth. At the end of the day I still dont have my security and its been a year since I moved from Denver Cascade.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this matter. We understand the concern raised regarding the refund of Mr. Hall’s security deposit. The security deposit in question was collected by the previous ownership/management company prior to our acquisition of the community and we recognize the burden this situation has placed on Mr. Hall.


    As such, we will be issuing the security deposit refund on behalf of the former management company. We will work with the former management for reimbursement on our end. We have tried to contact Mr. Hall to confirm the correct mailing address but were unable to connect.
