      On March 14, 2025, I tried to start my car and wasn't able to. Requested towing from my insurance. The driver of the tow truck tried a jump start and the car started. He recommended I go to AutoZone because they would not only sell me the battery but also install it for free. I went to the AutoZone closest to my house. They sold me the battery but would not install it. I called this AutoZone. They said they would install my battery. *********, a supervisor did the installation. While installing the battery, he got very agitated because he was having difficulty s******* some nuts back in. He stopped talking to me, and was banging the battery up and down. Eventually, he told me the battery had been installed and I could drive the car. As I turned the car on and started to drive, I found there was a problem with the brakes. I did not have any issues with the brakes until I came to this AutoZone. I had driven the car to this AutoZone and to the one previous to this. They have cameras that can prove that the car had no braking issues previous to ********* putting the battery in, and did have issues after the battery was put in. I managed to back up the car into the parking lot. Went back in and had ********* come out and look at the car. He also found that it had no brakes. I had the car towed to BrakesPlus at ****************************************************************************. They informed me that the vacuum pump was damaged during the installation, and would need to be replaced. I had the brake pump replaced and went back to AutoZone to let them know that they had damaged the brake pump. The Store Manager named Junior gave a cursory look at the brake pump and announced that they had nothing to do with it being damaged. I spoke with **** the General Manager at **********, and he stated it was definitely the fault of the guy who installed the battery at AutoZone. AutoZone is refusing to pay for the repairs. Instead Junior, the Manager has been very disrespectful and dismissive toward me.

      On 9-23, I bought a starter from AutoZone in **********************. The starter I bought was not working once installed so I swapped it at another AutoZone in *************. Now that I am less than 3 weeks later I had to get the starter replaced again. I called 10/29 to see about getting a warranted part and they could not find me under any phone number with a starter purchase. I called multiple AutoZone's to try and get someone to try and help. I was told if I don't have the phone number or receipt they cannot help. I asked if I can search by my card I purchased it with and they replied with no. I now had to pay for a mechanic to replace the starter which is paying for another starter. I wanted a part exchange but since nobody was able to help. I would just like a refund for another bad starter, making this the second bad starter.

      hi my name is ****************** ordered a battery for my car from auto zone to be delivered same day because I needed to go to work and drop off my kids at daycare and then I tried to contact auto zone because my item was marked delivered but no where to be found and I look everywhere plus I don't even know how he got into the building if we have door codes on each door of the buildings and auto zone said that they cant do nothing about it not even the supervisor and now I didn't get to go to work and apart from that I had to buy a used battery so I used my own money to buy a battery that is now lost and apart from that I wasted double the money on a new battery and used battery. I would like to get my refund for the battery I never received. How am I suppose to look for my item with the picture provided I don't know the codes to all buildings and the I cant even see what apartment he left at.ORDER: ************

      I encountered several issues at store 807, particularly with employees ***** and ******. ***** misled me about the availability of a tool to unlock vehicles, refused to assist further, and inaccurately presented another employee as a supervisor. Despite finding the tool myself, ***** dismissed my concerns and the assistant manager declined to address my complaint. Later, I sought contact information for higher management but faced mockery from staff and an unhelpful store manager who threatened police involvement when challenged. District Manager ******************************* also dismissed my complaint over the phone, cutting me off mid-explanation. This series of unprofessional interactions has compelled me to escalate my complaint beyond *****'s leadership, as my attempts to resolve the issue at the store level were met with disregard and disrespect.
