On July 11, 2024, Better Business Bureau received a complaint from a consumer alleging they purchased stamps from PeBeBe StampStores and attempted to cancel their order.  The consumer found the phone number on the website was invalid and there was no way to contact customer service to cancel the order. The consumer indicated they were enticed by the offer of discounted postage. The US Postal Service does not offer discounts on postage.

 

BBB found PeBeBe Stampstores is not registered as a business with Colorado Secretary of State. BBB could not verify the location of the business, phone number, website or ownership of PeBeBe StampStores.
