    I received my pillows about a week after returning home from ***********. We ordered them during our stay, they are very comfortable and soft.

    Love my new pillow! Exactly like the ones I've been sleeping on for years when we stay at *********** hotels. As a matter of fact, I ordered it while we were still at the hotel and had it from Pillows.com the day after we came home. Very happy with the whole purchase experience from Pillows.com and would not hesitate to order from them again.

    The pillow is perfect. Much better than I expected. Only problem I had was with shipping, which was not the fault of the company. **** lost my first pillow so another was sent out after a few emails. Again, no fault of the company. They were responsive and good to work with. Great pillow, great company. Thank you.

    So in love! Never thought I'd love a pillow the way I love my pillow. I first experienced this pillow from an ********** I couldn't believe the hotel had a pillow that comfortable. I slept well every night at the hotel. So i looked under the pillowcase to see where to buy it from. Once I made it home, I immediately purchased it and it did not disappoint!

    My hubby & I both love our new IHG alternative down pillows! His is firm and mine is a soft. During a recent stay at the *********** Express we noticed the comfy pillows, so I went in search on how to buy them. I dont usually like to buy things sight-unseen, especially if I need to do a return, but I felt comfortable with the terms you offered. Fortunately I didnt need to do a return. Life is better with a good pillow!

    Only place I could find the now uncommon style of mattress pad that comes with corner bands instead of a perimeter skirt. One point deducted because the pad wasn't made with my desired 100% cotton surface but a cotton/poly mix. Product received was exactly as described and arrived quickly.
