The tech ****** was friendly, efficient, and explained exactly what went wrong. He was done in less than an hour and I now have an efficient furnace properly working again!

My experience with Applewood plumbing is... They are very very professional. It was a new experience that I haven't had a in years. Thank God there is a professional company out there. You get what you pay for people say they're really expensive maybe not it depends if you want quality and it done professionally with very positive happy people plumbing is a tough job they made it look so easy. All the workers look like they were in their happy place.A there was a lot of prep work that had to be done they did that with a smile too. They had to move three cars take down two fence panels. They realize that their machine would not fit to get into my backyard they figured all this out on a Friday night so three of their men dug a hole and cut the pipe so we could use our facilities and that wasn't easy I think they worked on it till dark but we had our .bathroom working all through the weekend which was cool. When they came back Monday morning early. Applewood plumbing had the right machine to get my backyard it was awesomeThe backhoe operator was very very good and very very professional he did have a problem my 150 pound Rottweiler was mad that he was digging up bones. Next thing I know that my dog got out and he's trying to attack the I'm backhoe the operator he understood and made sure that my dog was safe my dog would climb up on the mound of dirt and when you dump some dirt my dog will attack the teeth on the backhoe the operation was excellent. Dozer decided that the teeth were too hard to bite. I wish I would've flimed it was funny. The dog does not like machines and he thinks it's gonna hurt people. The company is totally awesome I had a lot of fun working with them they're worth the money but these days everything is really expensive I'm glad I kept and used applewood plumbing try to find a master plumber with over 10 years of experience these days see what he costs. Apple Wood Plumbing was unbelievably easy to work with. The service fee was very agreeable and the company kept in constant communication regarding my appointment. The technician **** was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will absolutely be calling **** at ********** for any of my future needs. 1 starBased on their stellar reputation and mostly positive reviews, I called Applewood to do a preventative sewer drain snake (which I do annually). When the technician **** arrived, he informed me that the cost would be over $600. (Understandably, they weren't able to give me an estimate beforehand, but I could have saved them a trip - and me the $29 consultation fee - if they would have provided a cost range for their services by asking simple questions over the phone (where is the main drain, would toilet removal be required, etc). I eventually found another company to perform the same service for $200. Needless to say, I won't be calling Applewood again. They might be good at what they do, but their cost structure is not for working-class folks like me.Review fromJohn B
