Hot water heater went out on a Sunday morning. I called Applewood and they sent out their tech ****** ********* as soon as they could and they kept me informed on his ETA. When ****** arrived he was personable and professional. He removed the old heater and installed the new one as well as making improvements that would make any future maintenance easier to do and answering all of our questions. I have no problem recommending Applewood to any one.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would. This company and their employee ***** ****** just FAR exceeded any possible expectations. He is SO incredibly knowledgeable, and kind, and patient, and honest. Just the amount of time he spent educating me and drawing images to help me understand how my HVAC system works and my options with his HONESTY- wow- I knew this company was top tier, but I never expected to be met with that much integrity, hard work ethic, and genuine care of the customers. Ive been around so many dishonest companies that I didnt think it was possible to even be met with such high caliber. This company vets their employees so rigorously and it shows- cant say enough about them.Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric
