      They treat homeowners like s*** and renters like gold. Bought a home in wood land estates in ************ **, since living there seems like every other week theres a new property manager. Well the new manager is very unprofessional, has no clue what she is doing, talks down on you, makes you feel like you are an idiot. I was in the er for 3 weeks in the month of June and was unable to make lot rent in time because of my accident, went to the manager with a money order for the lot rent in June and she wouldnt accept it. Says we already filed eviction, makes no sense to, I spent $31,000 of my hard earned money to buy a mobile home in there for them to evict me because I was 11 days late on the lot rent. Cmom now. I will be filing suit along with selling this home ASAP! Stay clear of woodland estates.

      The worst. Atrocious management, property looks absolutely horrible, continually farming out routine maintenance that we, as residents apparently are paying for as the rent/lot fees increases are astronomical. They have taken a well kept community into a c*** hole in ************. Since Yes has taken over there has been a $27 increase then $47 the next year AND! threw in an extra 10 bucks for trash removal, this equals $87 mind you AFTER the current lease was signed. When the former owners (MHPI) owned it, the lot increase was $9, $10 and $7 over 3 years.that equals 26 bucksover 3 years, people!!!!

      I moved from one of their great communities to one of their horrible ones. At the time I was told its the quietest street in the community and it gets barely any complaints. The ONLY good thing about living here is my backyard. There is always parties, and extremely loud music shaking my house. The kids just run around with no one watching them. The teenagers terrorize the area and stealing s*** and starting fights. The water crock or whatever is broken and Ive got brown water (its not the pipes) and probably isnt going to be fixed because its expensive. I have people parking in front of my windows in MY parking daily. The residents who have been there a while have no respect for management. But then again the management is awful. I have lived here not even 2 months and Im making plans on getting out. They have for to do something about Yes communities.

      This community is like a prison camp. Since we moved here we have had nothing but problems. Cars towed 5 times for ridiculous reasons fines for things that dont even make sense. Not to mention when we moved here our lot rent was $389 now we have been here five years it is at $760. Double from when we moved. No gym access gates havent worked in two years and during Covid we couldnt swim go to gym and were still charged. Im seriously seeking legal action. See yall in court

      If I could turn back time, I wouldn't have come here. We moved from out of state and we're greeted by very friendly people at first. Done time had passed and one of my son's friend's parents had reached out and let me know their child was greeted by a sec offender and advised me to do a search. I had come to find Yes Communities knowingly moved me and my family next door to a *** offender and my children for the description and age of the offense. After I brought this to their attention there was an agreement to which they did not adhere to after the mutual understanding. If you have children I highly suggest you do a search before moving into one of these parks!

      This place is a joke. My lease was moved to a month to month with no notice after 3 years. I have repeated asked to be sent a copy of the renewal lease to be signed for the last two weeks and nothing. I ended up having to pay the month to month fee of 250. This feels like a scam to make money off your residents that don't want to buy. I have seen several complaints along the same lines. Candlelight Village is awful. YES! Communities should be NO! Communities. I can only guess that since *** moved ** to month to month she will also put a huge increase on a whole new lease. This whole company is a joke.

      Worst place you could ever rent or buy from!! These people are crooks that hire incompetent front office workers who are often times RACIST!! I wouldn't recommend this place to roaches and dogs. YES! Communities is a JOKE.

      Eff this place!!!! Acting like theyre a yes community Waste of effing time and energy. We did ALL the leg work for them. Got approved by their stupid lender who wants to charge ****% interest LOL. Between our 2 paystubs they needed to see as required, our income is almost $10,000 and they have the audacity to deny us over our past when they clearly advertise they are a yes community We wouldnt have applied knowing that we could get denied, which is why we DONT APPLY FOR APARTMENTS. This is NO different than applying for an apartment complex. Judgmental a******* They sent a disgusting letter and I know that because the lady TOLD ME! After she decides to let us know we were not approved, she wanted to add that they (yes community) sent her a nasty letter too. YALL DONT EVEN KNOW US !! Yall act like yall dont have illegal immigrants and drug dealers in your trailer parks. And Im so glad that we dont have to SETTLE FOR THIS PLACE! Blessing in disguise but I wanted to make sure everyone knows this place is an effing JOKE AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FELONS EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY DO! I guess they pick and choose, which isnt legal either. This is just my first review of very many and I will be contacting my attorney.

      The person that was originally assisting me with my application left the company & since then I have not been able to get any assistance. Phone calls and e-mails go unanswered. I have to drive 30mins just to speak with someone and then get the runaround . Found out the home I applied and was supposedly approved for is now being sold even though I was already approved to rent it. Corporate office doesnt even answer. Very disappointing they are just taking application fees & not even processing them . I need someone to refund me my application fee

      It saddens me to say that I am at my breaking point and know many people that are trying to sale their mobile homes because the management is extremely hostile. As I write this my car is parked at a guest parking spot because I can't park outside my home. The ProPark app is not letting me edit my car's information so if I park it outside my home it will be towed. The towing company already towed my car that was parked outside my home once before and damaged it in the process. The reason given that it was not registered as a resident but as a guest. So despite the fact that I pay rent here and the car was parked outside my home it was towed and damaged. I tried to call the manager to get her help with the app but I can't even leave a voicemail because the account is full and no one has taken care of that. I have tried to talk to the manager during business hours and I was not even able to do that because there was a sign outside that read "meeting in progress" I went back 3 hours later and the meeting was still going on. Another time my car got towed even though it was registered because it was parked on a guest parking and registered as a resident.
