I had my car towed off my driveway for my car being i"noperable". When the said deemed my car inoperable it was because I had a plastic bag over my window and a flat tire, which I removed the plastic and bought a car cover and fixed the flat. Then the manager claimed my car wasnt running even though the window and tire was the issue. I attempted to contact the corporate company 4 times through phone and 4 times through email with no response back. I feel like its really unprofessional not to answer back during a customer needs. I am deciding to take the issue to small claims to settle the issue if they refuse to answer back to me.Yes! Communities

Bought a mobile home when moving in week later noticed house was infested with c*** roaches had proffesional extermantor out and he noticed there was ***** f**** on multiple areas of home and would need lot of attention and wasn't healthy to be in. We bought the home to be by grand kids wanted our money back since the seller didn't disclose this info to us but Yes would't do this since bought as is. Iowa state law is that buyer has to disclse this before the sale am contacting lawyers to get money back.Yes! Communities

Im currently dealing with ************* now, my Ex wife frozen my children SSI and I been injured from a vehicle accident last year june the insurance company owes me over a year worth of wages from being injured well the day they was going to cut me a check my ex wife called them also told them a bunch of garbage now thats all put on hold so I gone up to office and showed them everything and why I would be late with the rent, well yes community is filing against me tomorrow in court. I will never deal with a yes community again they have no compassion for anyone all about the money in Swan Creek ** so I tell everyone to stay away from the yes community they garbage and dont care about anyone but themselves!!! File in court I dont have sh** anyways!Yes! Communities

As a resident, we pay lot rent. Key word: RENT!!!! You don't own the lot, yet you pay rent. They force you, actually bully you into doing what they really should be doing as a renter. They love sending out letters and talking over you belittling you and making you feel stupid. For those who live or looking to live in ************ **, stay away from ****************. The OW is is being operated by @$$h@t$. The managers are not managers. Considering selling my "modular home" to those We Buy Trailer guys just to get out of this cardboard box H E DBL hockey hole.Yes! Communities

I sold my place in Sept and moved on the 15th . I am still trying to get my security deposit on the lot rent back with no luck. Wonder how many people they s**** over by not returning refundable deposits back. I sold in ************************, and have sent 2 demand letters so far. They do not respond to phone calls or messages left.Yes! Communities

I lived at ******************** for 5 years and moved out on the 30 th of September. They collected a extra month's worth of rent. I was sent a letter on October 10th saying I would receive a refund for the rent and also my security deposit. It is now Nov 15th and I've only received a statement of deposit receipt and nothing else. I called my community manager 3 times and they said it should have been sent. I've called and messaged yes communities corporate multiple times and haven't received any response. I hope this matter is resolved soon!Yes! Communities

An unorganized company with no one to contact to resolve issues. I lived in ************* at the Pleasant Grove location. They never answer the phone calls and the managers are always absent from the site. Ive been waiting several days now for my deposit after being told that they had 30 days. Its day 40. No one knows anything. Its like Im a ghost and my deposit is missing!!!Yes! Communities

My parents have lived here for over 20+ years,their home and my neighbors home have been paid for for atheist 6 years or more . The day after my mother passed ,******** The property manager put a notice to appear in court saying there was unauthorized occupants living in the home .My parents kept the original lease thankfully, showing it clearly states immediate family members are allowed to live in the home ,after their attorney *************************** kept sending letters saying the court dates changed and weren't trying to make me miss court ,the Judge seen the argeted harassment and was warmed to stop. ****** then suggested a payment plan for repairs on the house but then refused to email ,mail ,or even hand the application to me ****** has lied ,prejudice, racist against White,Black and Mexican residents ,I accidently assumed her ethnicity was Mexican one day and she got extremely offended and used unprofessional language .Now YES communities is trying to FORCE me out of my home that's paid for ,they bullied my elderly neighbor out after not fixing a water line that froze over a year ago messing with ************..and bulldozed her home because they don't make any money from our homes since they are paid for . We're responsible for yard work yet they cut down all the trees my parents planted 20 yrs ago just last week .My attorneys are involved over eviction ...how do you get evicted out of your home that's PAID FOR!!!!I will be seeking representation for a lawsuit against this place . It is nothing but illegals in here now ,they run the stop sign ,play loud music all weekends ,unsafe to even live here anymore .ICE needs to come make a visitYes! Communities

I have lived in a ************* for 4 years. Yes the lot rent goes up every year but what hasn't gone up?. I have great neighbors, always willing to help each other. Management has always been reasonable with me. I only wish that the manager was in the office more. I know she is between 2 sites. The park is always clean. We do have people that drive to fast but the park put in speed bumps. The speed bumps seem to help some. I wish the hot tub was in working condition. I would also like to see if we could get a heated pool so it could be open year round. I would like to see if there could be more activities for the kids in the park. Maybe upgrade the playground. I would also like for more overflow parking. The kids in this park are getting older and getting their own vehicles, so parking is needed. I would also like this tow truck driving through the park to stop. This man stops in front of my home everyday. I don't understand why. I enjoy being part of this community and would be willing to volunteer and work with management to improve the negativity that some residents feel.Yes! Communities
