My boyfriend has ppl I've her for at least 4 years now I believe and I moved in a few months ago with our son and my daughter. I didn't want to live here, but we couldn't afford rent for two places. Before we moved in, some drunk hit my boyfriend's brother's car and it hit the nice porch that was originally on the trailer. They replaced it with two very shottily built sets of steps that drop about a foot from the actual doorway and the hand rails wobble. The kids around here are awful. They damage property and block the streets even though there are sidewalks. We've had to get a security camera because of auto break-ins and vandalism. They have a ********** ******* that they come in an check your air filter. We had gotten two notices for it when it was warmer and thought that was fine that the heat wasn't working then because we'd let them know about it then and would have plenty of time to have it fixed. They didn't come until the third time when it was starting to get cold. They said they would put a work order in. We've now had two nights where it's been in the 30's without heat. My boyfriend spoke to whoever is in the office and she said she would put in a work order. I guess cleaning out an uninhabited trailer is more important than a family with children not having any heat. We tried to run two space heaters but it tripped the breaker and our electric bill, which we obviously have to pay, is going to be very high. My friend left a review on ****** for which the response was to call them for complaints, those complaints must get filed under "ignore" because nothing is actuallyever done. They leave those comments to make it seem as if they care. This is nothing but a cash cow for the company that owns it. I don't know who said they only cater to Hispanics because my boyfriend is Mexican and they don't do c*** for them. All the good reviews on ****** are from white people and I'm guessing they're ones that are friends with maintenance and office staff.Yes! Communities

I live in ********. The trailer park charges hundreds of dollars a month for water. There are no individual meters on each trailer. I'm not sure how Yes decides how to charge what they do. I believe Yes is getting rich off it. If you do the math it looks like this. ****** times the amount of trailers 200 equals ****** dollars per month! That is robbery!!!!Yes! Communities

Our community was great until Yes bought it out. Now extreme greed has taken over. Ots become a miserable place to live and I've been here over 6 years and yes took over about 2 years ago. YES its miserable. YES they **** up lot rents every year. YES they only care about receiving money but doesn't care about maintaining their lots and trees that need to be cut down. YES they make residents suffer. YES ots expensive. YES they're greedy. YES they're fast to file eviction and charge an extra 500 on top of other fees and on top of late fees they will charge for more if the late fee is later then expected. Paying over ************************** a trailer park. Great business model. Let's overcharge our residents not do a thing for them and on top of that let's buy a brand new truck because the truck that was already here wasn't enough. Like I said if you don't do anything for us why the new truck? What's wrong with the truck that was here? Does everyone hate you? YES!!!Yes! Communities

Cheap, Hidden Fees, weekly threats via tech messages, claim to be pet friendly $250 non refundable pet deposit $ 50 a month pet fee. End of lease cleaning required as stated on lease and additional $100 fee for them for cleaning after you did your part. 55 and older trailers are as cheap as it gets ie. No towel racks, toilets are to low for elderly, shower and tub no hand rails. Can't get them to do maintenance, waited 6 mos for back door workable lock. Trailer leaked in rain storm, this was a brand new trailer. Anchors are auger type screwed in the sand. No holding power in high winds. ******* tells everyone to move to shelter in storm, no shelter on site.Yes! Communities

They have a new manager in our neighborhood. She has people going around calling in to have cars towed at resident's expense because there is a lack of parking in our neighborhood. A lot of people in our neighborhood live paycheck to paycheck and for the crime of parking in front of their homes have to pay 100's of dollars to get their cars out of tow just to go to work. I spoke with the manager and sent an email to corporate which I doubt was even read. I asked if the neighborhood could implement parking stickers or permits and was only given the solution I could spend **** dollars to expand my driveway space. I own my home but it's in this ridiculous neighborhood. Surprisingly, the manager is interested in selling my house for me (so sweet) because she has mentioned it twice now. Some of our residents go to food pantries to get groceries. This is the last thing they need to deal with right now. This manager and company are horrible. DO NOT rent a lot or buy a home from them.Yes! Communities

I moved i to this community almost a week ago and lets just say it had been one of the worst experiences! I applied for this property and first red flag was the deposit that was requested! I was given 24 hours to come up with the deposit or someone else who be given the property. I felt like it was VERY unprofessional and the tactics to sign the lease in 24 hrs was very forceful! The leasing agent seems to be very unknowledgeable about the property and the leasing of the property. In my lease it clearly stated that I can choose the cable/ internet services, but they forced you by adding ridiclous charges to your lease monthly for the service they wish for you to have. I received a text message from the leasing agent about a shed or storage, verbatim what she said,Yes! Communities

Yes Communities ripped me off for over $700.00.I have been trying to get a hold of someone to discuss this but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's been over a month. I have called several times. ************ ******, ***** a Yes Communities property is not diverse they seem to only cater to the Hispanic culture. When dealing with any other race of people they over charge purposely. The manager, and leasing consultant are not professional or helpful unless you are of Hispanic or Latin culture. The leasing consultant gives out wrong information purposely and has a distemper against people of color she pretends very well PLEASE BEWARE OF ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES ESPECIALLY IF YOUR NOT OF LATIN OR HISPANIC DECENT. The corporate office usually ignores complaints as well.Yes! Communities

I give this place 0 they don't fix anything I have mold I have been bringing this up for a very long time they switch management like it isn't nothing and maintenance like it isn't nothing they say they fix stuff when they really don't the rent at this trailer park is high I reached out to ******* and I told her everything that was going on and she said to y'all people are all alike I'm like what you mean y'all people as in blacks she rude I have been there 6 years and it was ok in the beginning when the good management team was there but it is awful awful she said I abonded my place when I went to court and judge Gave me until the 28th to pay ******* and and I ask her how did I abandon my trailer when I have communicated with you and ***** and she tells me I have to communicate with from now on and not ***** I left a VM and said I don't have to deal with you if I'm not comfortable dealing with she is very rude and prejudice I used to love it here and wish I could have worked it out but unfortunately it is time to move on I even have pictures of the mold wish I could put pictures on hereYes!
