      This place ***** a** They are greedy as f*** I wish I never bought a house thru this greedy a** company. On disability. Call numerous time to no return calls. 24 hour call back my ducking a** F*** Yes Communities !!!! .

      The yes community is very expensive for a trailer house. The lot fees are forever. Even if you own your trailer you still pay lot fees. They are not cheap either. Ridiculous. Talk about corporate greed. Sigh...

      Do not do business with this community. They slipped a letter in my mailbox stating that i needed to be out by September 1 ***** and that I had 60 days to get out. They didn't slip this letter in my mailbox until July 6, so we did not get the full 60 days. (no postage on the envelope). They target those who have no where else to go and harass those individuals while others around them are left to break all sorts of rules. We were out of the unit by Aug 31, but now they are charging us rent for September. These people will try to cheat money out of you any way they can. We had soft spots in our unit on the floor for two years after reporting it. They only partially fixed one of the flooring spots as we were about two weeks from being forced out. I have never done business with people so shady .

      I live in a ************* in Monroe **. The owners of the company seem to be more concerned about the length of the grass inthe mobile home park than the safety of our community. There have been shootings and other crimes committed here. We need security and our requests for it go unaddressed by corporate. Live here if you want to pay too much and not be safe.

      My screen door was broken I've sent in 3 work orders and they took my door, I sent in a work order again because now the door leaks when it rains, and they keep closing the work orders without fixing the problem. My floor tiles keep popping up and my paint just wipes off the walls. Kids are damaging property. Maintenance does a poor job or they don't do anything at all abd make excuses. Management is never in the office. The Office looks better than the whole park because they wasted their money instead of fixing the pool which we are paying for but can not use. The trailers are overpriced. Don't move here, the rules are getting worse and worse, now we can't have lawn furniture. This place is a dump over run by criminals and Stray cats. Cars and houses are being broken into. Things got bad once Yes Communities took over.

      Worst company to rent through, they will raise the rent and take away amenities, every since they took over its been nothing but issues and when residents try to speak up and voice their concerns they get punished, they refuse to do basic upkeep on the property they own. Since taking over its been nothing but crime and drugs they allow into the community and refuse to do anything to help, our community started a neighborhood watch to try and help the issue that YES caused and instead of YES doing the right thing to help as well they talk bad about us and punish us by taking away rights and privileges they had no issues with allowing in the past.

      The community in ************** is absolutely and without doubt the most unprofessional and confrontational establishment I have ever dealt with in my life. They target those who have no where else to go and harass those individuals while others around them are left to break the same rules. I went to the office to discuss the situation and the staff slammed the door in my face, locked the door, and closed the shades. I asked 4 different people in the park and they all said the manager would ignore you or yell and avoid you. Well done, not really! I wonder if the manager would treat her family this way and ask them to remove an ac unit in 114 degree weather?????
