      This place suggests that you pay well ahead so that they will not increase your monthly prices so this is what I did in December within three months they started sending me notices with balances and threats to sale my belongings at auction. It is now May 2025 and I got a letter yesterday saying my belongings will be sold at auction on June 18 Even though I have a credit balance of $856. And I paid an additional $300 in cash after an estate sale in March which has mysteriously disappeared. I am being told it is a computer glitch not to worry about it. I won’t get any more notices and yet I got another one yesterday. Today they sent an email saying we cannot show you what we’ve charged you for or your payments because of software issues but you have a credit balance of $506. And that is from corporate. I have now contacted Mike Meecher from Van West partners who is listed as the management behind this company to make him aware because the corporate office Jessica Galina is blaming him and saying that they will not help with this situation of computer issues now I am being ghosted While trying to get answers of where my money is at

      They are a rip off. When there is money on a person's card, they are supposed to take the money off of it on the first day of the month. I have money on there every month and yet they wait til after the first to take the money
