      Centurylinks customer service is terrible and I signed up for paperless bill auto pay and they don't have my correct debt card info but not the one I gave them now I owe ****** at one time putting me in a bind.

      had a tech to instual internet Dec 4th and was NOT completed and then was when checking today Dec 16th then claimed it was completed dec 9th and we called on Dec 8th to which at that time they send someone o uy dec 12th but still no one here and still no internet

      After losing connection due to Hurricane *** my household has been without wifi for 3 months. I have had multiple customer service representatives hang up when I called for solutions. 1 customer service rep plain lied about a service technician coming out. A service technician eventually did come 1 month after many phone calls to company but no progress was made. I finally gave up and migrated to Xfinity. I was more than patient with this company. Highly do not reccomend.

      scammers CenturyLink has the worst customer service they are lies in favor of the company. I requested to cancel and send the router and after a month they kept charging me and when I called they told me that there was no conversation regarding the cancellation

      Service extremely poor, even the Centurylink repairman said if we wanted faster service to switch to xfinity !! Amazing, the chat experience with Centurylink is even bad; the responses are inconsistent and they do not listen to your comment. Repair trucks were by our house four times and still left us without internet. Not until we secured and appointment (that took weeks) did a service person come to our house and physically repair the broken line. Very bad experience with regard to service and public contact / outreach.

      I have Century Link telephone service and on 12/06/2022 my phone line had no dial tone so I requested service to repair the line. I have checked the line at the box coming into my house and there is no dial tone so the problem is with the line coming to my house. The earliest they could come out to repair the line is 12/15/2022. This service is terrible. How can a company with such poor service stay in business?

      Never got serviced installed and keep getting billed monthly. I call and get put on hold only to be hung up on or transferred and disconnected. No department is ever responsible and there is never a solution. I even sent an email to a bigger person in charge and still getting billed.

      Do not get Centurylink **************** service. After we canceled our internet account & phone in September 2022 they keep charging us. We tried to call to stop the charges and they wouldnt let our call through. Horrible business and their customer service has always been awful. What a scam they have to keep charging customers. They are making big bucks off of people. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

      It is sad to write a one star review. My family and I recently moved to ******** where CenturyLink is offered along with Orbitel for internet service. We moved to ******** on 11/09/22. It is now 11/22/2022 and we still don't have internet service in our home. CenturyLink states they will not be able to install internet until 11/29/2022. Almost a month later, after taking a deposit, they cannot take care of their customers. Initially, they could not install internet due to a conduit being blocked. It is now 11/22/2022 and there is finally a contractor attempting to fix the conduit. We had internet to be scheduled to be installed on 11/25/22, however, we got a call stating that they will now push the internet installation to 11/29/22 because the conduit will take longer to fix. The contractor was only there for a few hours and never returned after noon. My husband and I work from home and have been using our mobile hostpots and having to travel to the west side of ******* to use internet from a family member. It has been such a difficult process and we truly believe that CenturyLink doesn't care about their Pinal county customer service as they know that the residents rely on their service. Such a disappointment that they don't prioritize families that depend on their income from telework.

      Is leave zero if I could. Watch out for when you cancel. They will charge you a full month when you cancel 5 days into a new billing cycle.
