    THIS BUSINESS LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES! On December 22, 2022, I accidently made a reservation for 3 Peaks Lodge in Colorado instead of a hotel in California by the same name. 10 minutes after I realized my mistake I called the hotel and was told by the front desk that he would talk to his boss and remove the charge. The charge ($310.55) appeared on my statement in January. I called, talked to the same guy (who said his name was "John S****" and would not give me his bosses name) who very rudely told me that "maybe next time you should be more careful about where you make a reservation." This is NOT a good business practice and I will continue to warn people on social media and review sites to AVOID this establishment.
