  One star because I can't give a negative star rating. Another complaint about ASF Payments and canceling a gym membership, They have been withdrawing from my bank account since sending me a confirmation letter that my account was closed and everything was canceled. As of April 2 2024, they have gone into my account for the last six months and withdrawn for my gym membership. When I sent an email, they put the responsibility solely on the gym. I contracted the gym and the owners and they have said this has happened with ASF Payments several times. *** told me if I want my money back I had to provide proof. I did a bank search and sent them the results. Not good enough. I did a screen shot of my open bank statement and sent it to them. Not good enough. They are requesting my account information and full bank statement which by law they have no right too. That is a privacy breech. This is a joke of a company with a bunch of wanna be big collectors who think they are above the law like ********* LINE so they call themselves who's requested are ridiculous. It's not a lot of money, only $63.00 they have taken. But the principal behind all this is unlawful and the requests are ludicrous.

  ASF intentionally makes it impossible to contact them. After being given a number to cancel by the gym, I was told good luck, and now I see why.No matter the time of day or night, this number rang endlessly for up to an hour at a time with no option to leave a voicemail.So I canceled the card they continued to charge for services not rendered, prompting automated payment reminders they wouldnt answer replies to. Then they took 2 weeks to respond to an email that I found hidden on a forum somewhere from another unfortunate soul who had to deal with your chicanery. Absolutely shameful. Any businesses who care about looking legitimate would be better served by selecting literally any other payment facilitator.

  This company somehow "shares" their merchant credit card processing accounts with multiple businesses that are not owned by AFS Payment Solutions... when I saw a recurring payment for $89 and asked them to remove it, they told me to go ahead and dispute the charges and that DIET MASTER was the company that was charging my card... What kind of business refuses to refund when they KNOW that it's a fraudulent charge???

  ASF Payment Solutions is a 3rd ********************* that is PCI-DSS compliant. We draft recurring payments for the Health and Wellness, Tanning, and Martial Arts communities. Those communities have members/students sign a contract/agreement and ASF bills according to the terms of this contract/agreement.This member has a signed agreement with ********** Nutrition Software. If they want to cancel their subscription with **********, they can do so by following the terms and conditions set forth in their signed agreement; part of which will state that they need to reach out to **********, not ASF.

  ASF Payment Solutions is controlled by *********************** through corporate-shells... simply ****** the phone number: ************ on the credit card descriptor and you'll discover all the "Diet Master" affiliated businesses... all with the same "Diet Master" backend that *********************** sells and owns... these listed companies direct ALL customer ********************** issues back to "AFS Payment Solutions" that SHARE Merchant Accounts"... across multiple corporations... - all serving the Diet Master product. This is technically connected by his in-house "tech lead" *********************.
