    The ingredients listed on the bottle are different than advertised. The supplement is just mushrooms, which are not limited ingredients, as they can easily be grown. In the advertisement, in addition to the mushrooms listed on the bottles packaging, they said that the ingredients would also include chlorella and schisandra, but it does not. They claim to have a 100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back 180-Day Guarantee, but theres no way to request a refund on their website. When I emailed them, they didnt respond.

    I returned unsatisfactory merchandise. I received confirmation that the company received the merchandise July 23 at 11:46 am. I still have not received my guaranteed refund.

    The company offers easy refunds. Yet when we try to contact them we are only able to get a third party shipping company who will not discuss the matter or give us any additional direction. No information is listed on their web site as how to get hold of them. We are out $314.58. Our doctor recommends not to use this product.

    This complaint was placed on the ShipOffers BBB which is a separate shipping and fulfillment company utilized by All Slimming Herbs. We just package and ship the products and have no involvement with the companies ordering and returning process. The customer would need to contact the company she placed the initial order with for a refund and a refund label. The customer service info for that company is: ************** and their email is ************************************.
