      This service is down and a lot of people are being affect including me I can't pay my bill because of system down and you shut down my phone.this is unacceptable

      Boost mobile ***** !!!! I went with boost because I wasn't happy with my other carrier because of a data breach and my ****** account was hacked and my old phone so I bought and new phone and Was told they work with the *** program which reduces my bill to 30 dollars . I'm struggling financially and had to spend a 100 dollars to get new phone .. well my first bill came and was 60 dollars. Was told I had to pay full price because there new system wouldn't allow them to enter to *** ID number in to system and that it the issue would be fix by the following month... Nope not the case had to pay full price again and they still haven't figured it out and it's due again , still full price I should get credit for the last two months and not even have a bill this month and than some.. but was told they couldn't do that. They definitely don't have there s... Together

      Do yourself a favor and never consider paying for this horrible service. Everything about this company is unprofessional and how they conduct business is absolutely ridiculous

      If I were allowed to give this company a zero Stars I would completely do so. I've made a purchase online for a brand new phone new service and all of my fees included were paid ahead of time online however the very next day when I went to activate my phone the entire network is completely down. After realizing this I visited the ********** location to which I was told to give it a day or so and come back in if I could not get it activated. After about 2 days of waiting I then visited another location on ************** in ********** and simply ask for someone to explain to me what was going on and how could they help me to go ahead and get the phone activated since I had already prepaid for the phone and the services and have not been able to contact anyone online nor have I been contacted by anyone in person pertaining to the matter. Needless to say the customer service on ************** was absolutely terrible from **** who apparently runs the place and the other young lady that refused to give her name when I asked along with the customer service from a young lady named *** on ********** Avenue. This entire experience has been a disaster and it has taken up my time and money all for me to hear I can't do anything or I don't know what you should do or pay us more money and will activate you on a old Network. I mean seriously people I don't think that I'm better than anyone and that I should be entitled to anything that a paying customer shouldn't be entitled to but today my respect for customer service has went completely down because I was treated with no respect treated with no urgency and needless to say I am still 5 days later with a phone and services that I cannot access nor use. I will be requesting a full refund from Boost Mobile when they are back up online and I will never ever do business with that company again. Save your money and save your sanity go to another company and get your services. I guess it's really true you get what you pay for!

      boost mobiles customer service has been out since 02/24/2023. that includes the app, online chat, website and phone. there is no way for me to pay my bill for march. the service is spotty and my phone randomly restarts. my phone is locked by boost so ill have to spend more money in order to get a new phone and a new phone plan with a different company because of this. i am not happy with boost at all.

      I have been dealing with zero access to my account since 2/21/23. It is now 2/28/23 All their phone lines are down, their app is down, their website is down. I cannot access my account number or billing history. This is completely unacceptable with a mobile carrier. I cannot even leave because I cannot access my account number to switch to a different carrier.

      Trying to leave Republic Wireless, but I need a pin number to keep my phone number.I have been calling Republic Wireless for days, and their phone systems are down. This has been going on since Saturday (4 days now).How can a phone company have broken phone lines for 4 days?One more reason why I must leave this carrier (I've had them for several years)

      Worst experience ever. I was trying to activate a new service around Feb. 24th, 2023 but was not successful. Spent hours going through all the steps customer rep. requested but always was told in the end the server/system is down and I can't port my phone number and start the new service.I was forced to go back to get another service until the moment I can't take more risk to lose my phone number. Still need to figure out how to get my money back!

      Officially the WORST SERVICE EVER !! Boost mobile suspended my service for "excessive data usage" and informed me that service would be restored within ***** hours. Absolute LIE , here it is a week and 4 days later and I still have yet to have my service restored. Mind you, the day my service was suspended, I had just paid my bill. In store employees do not have the clearance to even attempt to help and customer care is a waste of time as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOINING THIS COMPANY
