While their plans are affordable, their customer service is garbage. After the update in April 2022 my phone would restart randomly. Multiple times a day. I called boost they said it was ******** I call ******** they referred me to geek squad to test my phone. They found nothing wrong with my phone itself. Boost has done nothing to help me with the issue. Last night my phone updated again it is dropping all connections and I am told that there is an outage in my area that started 2/24/23 at 5:24 pm PST. I'm in EST time zone, this was at 3:09 pm. How is that even possible? No offer to help resolve the issue. They want you to buy an new phone which are out of date unless you buy one online. They don't offer nothing to their long term customers like other cell phone company's do. They are like the Direct General of cell phone company's. The advertise unlimited talk, text and data, but after 35 GB used your data runs slower, and theyvwant you buy more data. That is not unlimited Data. That is a cap, with option to buy more. Their data runs out faster than my 3 GB T-mobile internet that I use for work all day, gaming and streaming. I have yet to run out of usage on my T-mobile internet but yet I run through 35 GB like a knife going through butter. It just melts away.

How does this company have an "A"? I have been a customer since 2019. After they were acquired and rolled out 5G, my numerous business cell phones stopped working. I have tried since Septermber 2022 to work with them to restore service. Various agents told me to buy new phones with a new email accounts and I followed heir instructions. I have ended up buying three new phones from them to try to fix the problems since their roll out. They don't work and my old numbers could not be transferred. The company has continued to make false promsises and to bill me during this time. Today, their customer service lines are all down. This is the short version of the story - lots of misrepresentations, negligence, and false promises along the way. They owe me a refund for the last year of bills and the phones. But more significantly, they have caused a lot of damage to my business. This company went from good to horrible.

Stay far away. They just got $100 in free money from me, no service whatsoever. I was activating my phone and enrolling in a payment plan on their mess of a website when I accidentally set up two accounts and enrolled in two separate payment plans. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep only to be told they couldn't refund one of the payments. Congrats, Boost Mobile! Must be nice to get paid for doing nothing at all and ripping customers off. I'll be switching to a new carrier ASAP.

I was sold a 5g service contract and phone. But the phone was not 5g. I was constantly assured 5g phones where soon to arrive but after hearing this promise for almost 6 months I left the carrier. Seeing I had purchased the phone I requested it be unlocked. I was and have been refused because the terms where suppose to be held for a 12 month period. I contest seeing how I was sold this unit under the understanding it would support the 5g service plan I was under and since it couldn't then Boost Mobile terms and conditions do not apply.

Terrible customer service, dishonest plan execution, and glitch filled service sites. Overall do not recommend.

I have been a member of Boost Mobile (used to be Virgin Mobile) since at least ****. Lately my service has been terrible. One by one, all 4 of the phones in my household stopped working when my accounts were switched to the new Boost One account. I had to spend 1+ hour for each of my 4 phones to turn autopay back on. In addition, I am unable to login to the new Boost One account. (this applies to ************) The reps say that this is a known issue but they don't have any plans to fix it as far as I know. I'm finally ready to switch to a more reliable service such as ******* or ***** I honestly think that Boost Mobile doesn't really care about existing customers they are focused entirely on attracting new ones. Probably because their aren't many of us left.

I paid my phone bill on February 10, 2023. My phone bill is usually due on the 20th of every month so I paid it early. Ive been with boost mobile for like two years now and my phone got turned off today is the 20th which I paid my phone bill on the 10th again my bank statement clearly says that they took out the money for $57, I called customer service ****************** and I tell the customer service what is happening with me so they direct me to call my bank to see if they process the payment properly and I told her I dont need to call my bank because it clearly says on my bank statement that $57 was taken out on the February 10 but thats because I paid over the phone and they even send me a message saying thank you for your payment and all of a sudden today to send me another they sent me another message saying that to make a payment to continue service so this has been the worst experience ever and I just barely realized that this company is just probably scamming people now.

If I could give Boost Mobile a negative fivestar Review I absolutely would. I bought my son a iPhone SE 2nd generation from Boost Mobile on November 1st 2022 for Christmas and we never have received it and this is February 20th of 2023 and Boost Mobile refuses to return my money because they say they have to investigate as to why their company made a mistake in the order online order that I made they had a mistake happen and they do not know why the phone didn't ship and they will not Return my money until they figure out why. I am disabled I purchase that phone for my son who also has disabilities And he very much needs a phone for his safety in school hes in middle school and he needs a phone. Not only has boost taken away my son's Christmas present and refuses to refund my money or give me the phone, they have taken a disabled childs right to be protected from harm. And I bought the phone with my social security benifits. That's against the law to misappropriate social security benifits. I have to file a dispute this charge with my bank to try to get money back.
