      This is an awful company. My INTERNET never work!! I can send iMessages! Then *** been having problems since October 2022 and its January and they still saying the same thing.. TOWERS ARE DOWN!! I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!! Then force you to pay your bill when you havent even used all the internet from the previous month! Thats robbery!!! Worst phone company everrrrr

      F- service. How does BBB have them with an A+ rating? Got SIM card. 6 HOURS with tech support & phone still won't work. Reset settings, etc & customer support is clueless. Finally had to dispute charges with credit card company.

      I've been with Virgin Mobile, who got purchased by Boost, for over 10 years. On 12/22, Boost closed my pre-paid account without notifying me. I'd just made a $35 payment on 12/20. I called customer service, was told that, in order to get my service back, I must pay $35 activation fee and make a pre-payment of $35, or I would lose my number. So I ended up paying triple for December.In January, I filed a dispute with my bank for $35 from 12/20. A few days later, on 01/17, Boost suspended my account. I got a text message that I must make a payment to have my account restored. My payment due date is the 22nd so the service had been paid for. I called customer service, they filed a ticket, said to wait 24 hours. After a day and a half, I called again. Was told 48 hours. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Was put on hold for 1/2 an hour, then the line disconnected. Next day I called again, was told 72 hours. Asked for a supervisor, waited 40 minutes. Supervisor said my line was suspended because I filed a dispute. Mind you, my service had been prepaid for until the 22nd of Jan. ** said it can take up to 72 hours for the ticket to be processed. I must wait. Can't file a new ticket, because they will cancel each other out.I also did a few chat sessions, and these agents were less than helpful. Just using scripted "polite" BS responses, no real help.On the 20th, desperate, I made a payment. Called customer service the next day. Was told - 24 hours for service to be restored. Was told to restart my phone, but of course, it didn't work.Called again on 01/22. The agent said he did the process of restoring my service, now it can take one hour or more. If I don't have service, I should call again with the ticket number. So now, having paid multiple times, I have been without a phone for 5 days. I would switch to another company in a heartbeat, but it would mean having to purchase a new phone, and I don't want to spend yet more money.Each customer agent gives different info.

      Boost mobile did the same thing to me and wont refund my money back to my bank accounts or my boost mobile account and they turned off my service on me and my children and I cant get to my Kemo treatments because I cant call the tranportion to pick me up and I have no food because I cant call the ride to pick me up to go food shopping and thier costumer service Agents are rude and very disrespectful and scamming people out of their money and misleading advertising and no they are not supposed to add your debit cards without your permission and you should *** them and file criminal charges because I was with boost mobile back in **** and it sounds like all of them are from overseas and scamming people out of there money and delete your payment history and claim that they cant see the over charges and they didnt know that I screenshot everything and back up all the evidence against them and I will never go back to boost mobile again because some either ***** or ***** owner or apart of it because thats all the Agents are and they lie and really try and tell me that they really dont see no payment history on my account today and they have been illegally charging my debit cards for devices and sending them to the wrong address and since April they havent refunded my money for the four sim kits for ***** a kit each and three ******* A02 devices and charge me for ***** per device and charge me for a iPhone 8 ******************************************************************************************************************** with the iPhone thats keeps over heating since April and trying to make me pay for the iPhone SE which I am supposed to receive for free and I really done had it with BOOST MOBILE I HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS PROBLEM TO GET BACK ALL THE OVER CHARGES AND PAIN AND SUFFERING THAT BOOST MOBILE HAS CAUSED MY LIFE EVERY SINCE SWICTHED TOO THEM AND WHEN I MISS MY TREATMENT I AM VERY SICK RIGHT NOW THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND I APPRECIATE YOU GUY

      You can tell from the 1.1 star review that you should not use Boost Mobile!After calling customer service more than a dozen times in two weeks to have my galaxy S21 unlocked to transfer to another carrier, I still have a locked device. When I put my new carriers SIM card in my device, it tells me to contact customer service to unlock device and says Network Lock in the upper left corner of the phone where it should say the new carriers name. I've spoken with 2 dozen+ employees on the phone, gone to three Boost Mobile stores, and no one can/will help me. Customer service tells me my device is unlocked and to go to a store if I need further assistance. The store tells me there's nothing they can do and I need to pay an unlocking service to have my phone unlocked. I am not paying someone to unlock my phone that I've owned for almost 2 years.I paid for my phone in full, paid my bill on time every month for 10+ years. I own my device, you cannot keep me from transferring to a new carrier.Boost service coverage and customer service representatives are AWFUL. They will also be reported to the *************************

      0 stars. Boost service is awful since the transition to the so called new platform. I am not downloading the app into my phone and your automotons that you hire don't know how to do anything else but suggest downloading the app. You forced those of us on the $45 plan to pay $50 when you went 5G. One year later you are trying to force us to purchase a better plan thus more money. Thanks so much. Been with you for well over a decade. Wonderful new management you have there. ** yes, you dropped ******* from answering the phones and only use your automotons who were taught never question authority. NO capability of doing anything with the phone without turning on WIFI. Your service *****.

      My account was put on suspension before payment was due, and when I tried to get my account number to change services, ********************** refused to give me my account number, so I can't keep my number.

      Zero stars*After the new merge I opened the new app(BoostOne) only to see they had already added ALL of my personal information, including my credit card! Very illegal. After contacting customer support, I was highly dissatisfied with their response. I was clearly not speaking to someone who understood or spoke English clearly, which made it even more frustrating. They reassured me that yes it was illegal for them to add my credit card information like that, but did nothing about it. I have been a boost customer since 2018 and will be switching over to ******* so my personal information doesn't get stolen again. I would never recommend the new Boost Mobile to absolutely anyone, even if you're on a budget, it is not worth it for a company to save all of your sensitive information like that.

      Paid my bill in still can't use the internet. I been calling in just get the run around. Now it's a power outage some were??. That's what I get for beening cheap. They say 48 hours until the department fix it??. Time to shake the spot. **************** is grabge

      Thee worst experience ever. First I have been a Boost customer for 10+ years. I order a new phone every year online. This time I ordered a phone didn't like its size sent it back reordered a different phone. There was a issue with my information importing from my old phone to the new phone. I went to reset the phone to factory setting the phone wouldn't turn back on. I called Boost who then sent me to ******** and they said call and send them the phone back and get a replacement phone. I called Boost back the guy first tried to act like he couldn't find my order but the order was the old one but he eventually found the right order. He tired to tell me that I was out of time to return the phone since allotted time had past. I only got the phone yesterday so, How am I past the return time? So I found the email with all the tracking info and told him now look at the tracking info so that you can see that I just got the phone less then 24 hours ago. He get back on the to tell me I am basically stuck with the phone. I let his a** have it. Who nowadays have money to waste, I for one sure don't. I got a supervisor on the phone but then the phone disconnect because I had an appt. to get. He never called me back so now I am on the phone again with them so the first 3+ hours wasn't enough. If it wasn't for the fact that I am basically married to this number I would say s**** them and the phone and they can all hold hands and jump together. Oh the guy in the retail wasn't no better, he didn't want to tell me the price of the phone just keep saying ok. Like why is it so hard to have good customer service nowadays. I know some people can make it hard to have good customer service but I didn't let loose until the guy kept talking in circles and might as well say he accused me of lying. Once he got all the stuff his tune changed, I shouldn't have to do the work for your guys that is their job not mines. You sold me a messed phone and I just want my money back or a new phone.
