      They make it impossible to cancel service by withholding the your account number to make porting out difficult. I have been on the phone for over an hour waiting. They said each line has different account numbers and I have to call back to get the other one. I drove to the store only to me today they cant provide it. This is absolutely ridiculous.

      **************** is terrible. They changed their app a few months ago and now it does nothing but glitch and not load. Even to the point I had automatic payments set up and when the app switched it took that off my account and my phone got shut off. They also have a new feature on the boost one app where you can win coins by spinning a wheel or watching videos then those coins earned can be used towards money off your next bill. I won 500 coins and the app glitched and now Ive wasted 4 different times speaking with them to have no answer and told my ticket has been closed for no reason. I have a screen shot of the winnings and all they can do is just keep me going around in circles making me feel crazy. I spun. I won 500 coins. Their app does not work properly and they are making it out to be my problem now telling me I have to physically go to a store. They are telling me my issue will 100% be resolved if I go into a store BUT if it isnt, to call them back. I spent almost 2 hours this morning between live chat on the app and an almost 45 min phone call with no resolve. Check the Apple Store reviews. Im not the only one having this exact problem. This is fraudulent work on their part and they are scamming people out of money and they do not care. Ive been with them for 5 years and they just have sold part of the company because the customer service has never been this demeaning. 0/5 stars.

      Worst customer service experience I've ever had! Both on the Recorded phone line and online live chat. After many, many phone calls and live chats, my problem was never solved and a promised refund never received. I finally gave up and filed a dispute on the charge with my bank which took all of 10 minutes...I should've just done that in the first place instead of spending hours repeating myself to representatives who are clearly trained to give the run around and NO refunds!!! Boost Mobile should be out of business.

      Called boost mobile to change plan and the customer service agent told there's no way to change my plan yet they other multiple plans. I asked to speak to his supervisor an he placed my hold for more than 10 minutes hoping just for the supervisor offer no help whatsoever. NEVER GET A PHONE OR PLAN WITH BOOST MOBILE

      I have been with Boost Mobile for over 10 years. Over the years I have enjoyed the service. Sometimes I have noticed different types discrepancies. I just added a line to my plan. At this point this gives me 3 lines. I paid for my new plan on December 20th. Today is December 23 and Boost is saying I'm already out of data today. I find it funny that I'm on an unlimited plan per say, and already out of data. I believe Boost is cheating people so they have to pay for more data. I'm definitely searching for a new company. I have been with this company for this many years and they don't do anything for loyal customers. I have noticed they only give new customers perks.

      Tried a free trial that I saw on Slickdeals. Boost has the worst customer service. Couldn't even activate the **** Finally I got it working after 20 tries. Hated the service, so I chatted to remove the credit card from auto pay. They did it and told me I will not get charged. Few days later $25 charge on my Amex. They are the biggest frauds.

      Boost mobile insurance is horrible and the *** doesn't even care to help! First they took two weeks to send my replacement phone, then forgot to put my unit number on my replacement when the shipped it. Causing the mailing service to send it back to the company, when I found out they sent the replacement back I decide to call the insurance company. But they gave me the runaround for a week saying to call back each day. I finally reach Friday and they tell me the same thing but to call back on Monday cause they are not open on the weekends, Sunday comes and I see they sent me a coupon in my email for 551 dollars to get a phone from one of their stores but have to wait 24 hours to use it. Monday comes I walk into the nearest Boost Mobile store and the employee tells me I have to pay a extra 30 dollars because the phone 581 dollars. Even though I already pay a extra 7 dollars for insurance each month and paid 175 dollars for the replacement. So I call the insurance company to get my money back or a gift card for the coupon and they tell me to call back in a couple days. I call back and they give me the runaround for another week, when I finally got through to someone they told me that could not get my refund back or gift card. So I decided to reach out to the *** ***************************** a week ago ( his personal email btw) and he has not responded back. Also adding insult to injure the *** from ****** took his time to email me after I accidently emailed him. I've been trying for two months to get a replacement.

      PURE H*** Unbelievable. I signed back up with Boost Mobile after 2yrs. I got 2 sim cards in the mail one for my phone and one for my daughter. I had my 1st phone activated by Boost. I tried activating my daughter phone which was still locked by Boost. This phone was purchased through Boost mobile 2yrs ago.I called Boost mobile to get phone unlocked. I was transferred 7 times or more. All my info and everything was correct except the pin number from 2 yrs ago. I had not a clue what that pin was. Then I was asked what was my last transaction with them. TWO years ago?!?! Are you serious!! This is your phone and I'm trying to reactivate through Boost. No I did not owe any money to them at all. Now I'm stuck with an expensive iphone. I never felt so bullied in my life. Now I have to change my service on my phone.

      Boost Mobile isn't worth it, severely incompetent company. Bought a phone through a Black Friday sale - *** damaged it and told me that Boost would contact me. Boost never contacted me (waited days) so I contacted them. (about an hour later) They then told me I need to wait 72 hours to hear back from them about the investigation into my damaged phone that I never received.A full week and two days later, I had to call them again (another hour wasted), no one remembered anything that was said to me the first time I called or seemed to understand the fact that *** had the package, and it never made it into my possession, and after much time wasted the best they can do is a refund.Which I *should* be happy about, but you know what ruins that? The fact that the phone I purchased is more expensive now that the sale is over, I am currently left without any phone at all (this was a phone to replace an old one), I needed this for school & work, AND now I need to resort to getting a cheap temporary phone in the meantime which is honestly a waste of money (it won't be through Boost that's for sure!)Thanks for being an incompetent company, Boost Mobile; I'll never refer anyone to this company ever. Poor customer *********************** My mom uses this phone service and honestly ~ I'm determined to get her something better because this whole company feels like a scam.
