    Sling tv support service is absolute garbage, first off they will never offer refunds, secondly my issue with not receiving a channel I am paying extra for (Hallmark), which they verified I am paying for, has not been fixed weeks later and all I get back is silence. That's absolute garbage, I understand it may take some time to fix but giving the customer a way to know the progress of it. It is beyond stupid and the fact I'm paying for something I am not receiving and not getting any sort of refund is ridiculous.

    I paid for a special rate of $20 and canceled the same month. This morning, I have a Sling charge of $40 and an overdrawn account. Chatted with an agent online, although the subscription started up again on the 10th.they would not refund my $40.and would not let me speak to a supervisor.

    One star is super generous. Bought ********** Pass specifically for ****** games. Not one ****** game showed because a Sling customer service person told me ********************** could not legally broadcast the games. Took my money and wouldnt refund. What fraudulent propositions you are putting out for customers. I have cancelled my entire subscription and at the very least Sling owes me $10 and some change for the fake ********** Pass advertisement. And the customer service was atrocious. If you can get hung up on chat I certainly did by someone named ******! Sling you need to be better. Ill go with the super expensive ***********

    This is definitely the worst streaming service out there even though they make all the promises and tell you just how wonderful they are. I have an international package and recently for the past month or so, the video disappears and only the audio is on. It throws you out of the program with error messages, start buffering in the midst of the program, and now, the telephone # is inactive and no longer in service. Can't reach them in any way and when you go online, can't chat with anyone to fix the issues. The programs (series) are not up to date and states July or September when we are in October for program day and dates. So so frustrating.I just can't understand how or what to do and why nothing is being done to fix things. Who do you turn to or where else can we file complaints against this company and companies like this who are corrupt and greedy. They are not even worth half a star let alone 1!! What is the point of complaining to BBB or FTC when nothing is being done

    Signed up for the prepaid *** package because it was advertised as able to watch every game. I am unable to watch any of the teams that I want to watch on Sunday. They wont give me a refund despite Reaching out quickly after signing up. Absolutely horrendous company and they have false advertising.

    I had no channels working. Spoke with customer service and they would not issue refund. Asked for it to be escalated to management and they refused. They plain out stole my money with service working properly. They didnt even offer to help resolve product not working with tech. Plain old corrupted theirs.

    I signed up for a 4-month "season" sports package and paid for the full four months (as required by Sling). The package I signed up for grossly MISREPRESENTED what was included, and I am unable to get the *** games I signed up for. I asked specific questions before signing up for this "nonrefundable" season package to ensure I would get what I paid for ... but I did NOT get what was promised.I tried to resolve the problem with Sling, but (after being cut off by the customer "chat" service multiple times) the company was unwilling to offer even a partial refund, despite the fact that my purchase was made in reliance on Sling's false advertising. I did my due diligence before signing up . . . but never considered that the company would engage in false advertising to get customers. I can see from other reviews that I am not alone in being scammed by Sling.

    They falsely advertise their entertainment packaging and don't offer customers and resolution to their problems. They offer refund forms but under no circumstances refund customers even when their entertainment packages don't match their advertising. They don't disclose they don't have deals with broadcasters and cannot offer even local channels. It's so shameful especially in a time of severe inflation.

    I signed up for Orange and Blue package with a promotional rate for the first month. Awesome! Less than 2 weeks later my account is charged again for the next month at the full rate. The full rate is $55 for both. I was charged $62.46. So I went to find out why. On the website the most detailed info I could get for billing was $27.50 for Orange, $27.50 for Blue, then $7.46 tax. I was like $7.46 tax?! that's almost 14%. My services are rendered in ******* so it shouldn't be any more than 7.5% I chatted with a live person and asked for a refund(since it was just billed only minutes ago) and to cancel my subscription if this was the tax rate. They said they don't handle the taxes and that refunds are not allowed but could cancel and I could still watch till the end of the month. I tried to ask why and they just gave the "thank you and we'll take care of it" text and ended the chat! Very disappointed! Feels like a scam when they don't at least try to bend for customers. 0/5 stars
