      I had a procedure done on 11/21/2024 and paid my copay with a credit card. When I received a bill claiming I still owed $35 I wrote a note saying I had already paid it with a credit card and sent it back. About a month later I received the same bill. This time I copied a part of my credit card statement showing a payment to the practice on 11/21/2024 and sent it back. Today I received a statement claiming I owe $35 with a note that "This is your FINAL notice. Contact the practice immediately to avoid further act."

      i called ****** and reminded her of another $35 copay she owed for a different appointment. She is going to research her records for proof of that payment.thank you.

      When I had my appointment in February, I asked if I could pay my bill, they said it had not gone through insurance yet and they would contact me if there was anything remaining due after that. I never heard from them. I never got any letters in the mail, I never received any emails, nor did I get a phone call stating I owed any additional money. Fast forward 8 months and I get a call from collections saying I owe $45. I was sent to collections over $45. When I tried to call Alpine ENT, they were combative. They couldn't give me any records of their "attempts" that they claim to have made to reach me. And they could not give me an itemized statement. Good luck to anyone who rolls the dice on this company.

      I think these people are scam artists. I spent over $5,000 for hearing aids and have had nothing but trouble with them. Besides getting charged $100 every time I went in for an adjustment, now they are telling me that I need to spend $275 to send the hearing in for repair. I was just in there and they were telling me that I had sent in my other hearing aid, not the one that was broke. We could have gotten into a spitting match, but that wouldn't do any good because the one I took in today was the one that I know should have had a warranty until 12/2024, but they said no. The one with the warranty was one that didn't fit my ear right so I know that something is awry here. There's NO end to it. I hope that someone will see this and think twice about getting any hearing aids from this company! It's nuts! Their customer service has much to be desired! Front desk people are rude on top of it.

      This is just to make some body aware of them.
      I waited an entire month to have some rushed doc not really pay any attention to my questions, tell me to do the exact same thing I have BEEN doing, and then rush me out the door.
      I feel bad for anyone seeking legitimate care from this place, as they didn't do a single thing for me. Didn't address any of my concerns.
      Honestly, I would really like a refund, even if it only cost $65 for me, that's $65 I could have used for something legitimately useful.
